The front office workers were very kind

We never got house keeping the 5 days we stayed

Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was traveling by motorcycle and the staff assigned me a first floor room where I could park just outside my door. Very much appreciated.

There was no coffee in the morning

If you stay here request a room on the north side. The south side is about 100 feet from the interstate and the traffic is relentless.

Highway noise interfers with sleep. No coffee pot in room, or an iron or even a hair dryer.

Absolutely nothing!

The first room #221 had no hot water and 2 washclothes. No towels. When I went to the lobby I told her there's no hot water in the room. So she gave me a key to room #114. That room had roaches crawling on the walls and it also had no hot water. Me and my husband were exhausted wanting to take a shower and go to bed before our 6 hour drive this morning back home in Carthage,,Mo Then she said I have room#317 but it don't have a fridge, or she said if we wanted to leave she'll refund our money. I said no we're not sleeping in my car. So 317 also had no hot water, no fridge and was filthy. I will be getting a refund back to my card immediately. Thank you

Nice clean rooms I bragged on how clean

Only tv had one station only thing I didn't like

The first room I got, 122 had fecal matter footing in the shower, room 121 very poor heating room cold during major ice storm

It had recently been renovated.

There were cockroaches.
