Soft bed

Filthy bed linen just disgusting with hair and stains. When I called they should of took some percent off.

It was on the beach and within walking distance of a lot of activities for families and friends.

It was absolutely disgusting! Through and through! The check in area, the rooms, the pool, around the entire building!

It is very close to retail shops and restaurants.

The hotel was in a great location.

I complained to the hotel staff about the loud noise coming from the room above mine which made it impossible to get any sleep. I stayed 4 nights and this occurred each night. I even asked the hotel staff to send someone to our room at 12:55am just to personally witness the loud stomping on the floor, dragging chairs, wrestor whatever they were doing but the staff would not come. They said that they called that room which only made the noise louder and intentional. Also the policy about not cleaning the room unless you put the door hanger out requesting it before 8:00 am is ridiculous.consideribg the fact that I couldn't get any sleep during the night I was sleep at 8:00 am. We put the hanger out no later than 9:00 or 9:30 and stayed 4 night and did not get the room cleaned once. Had to go to the front desk to get towels and had to empty garbage. Bad experience.

I didn’t like how you could here so much noise & people conversation in the morning but other then that everything was good

I loved how big the two room suite was, it was clean, cool, and very comfy. I noticed it had been remodeled since our last visit and everything looked upgraded, the tv was larger and the floors were wood instead of carpet.

The only thing I didn't like is that I wish you had a king room/suite and maybe a bigger mini fridge. We ordered a pizza and it was really hard to store the leftovers.

Breakfast staff was nice.

Thermostat in room wasn't connected to AC unit. Trash outside was always overflowing. Room did not seem to have enough lighting. Curtains wouldn't close all of the way. I found a paper clip hanging from it so someone else couldn't get it to close either.

Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly

Some mold in the bathrooms and the pool was dirty because of the construction going on with the pavers

The hotel was within walking distance of everything, and made my drive shorter. The rooms were very clean, and smelled really nice. We have visited Destin FL several times, and stayed at different hotels. Our stay at Best Western was by far the best experience we have ever had.
