The staff were super helpful, friendly and professional. I also appreciated the little shop by the front desk with miscellaneous travel needs. Breakfast was delicious with generous hours 7-10am and I loved making my own waffles. Nice touch.

As someone traveling alone and without children, it would be nice if there were adult hours at the pool to keep things more quiet. The pool & sauna both close at 10pm. It would be nice if it were adults only 9-11pm or something like this.

It's right off the highway so easily access. There is a gas station and Burger King right across the street. We booked a large double beds room which is quite spacious to 4 of us. Seems clean. Water pressure is strong so taking shower was comfortable. Breakfast is good: egg and corn beef harsh (taste a bit weird though), English muffin, bread (with toaster you can toast them if prefer), waffle machine to make fresh waffle (this is the best part I like ^.^), yogurt machine (with toppings to choose on the side), plus some other sweet muffins and banana bread(?). Tea/coffee stand open 24 hours. I'm impressed most is the guy who takes care the breakfast area cleans each table after the customer used it. He is very helpful too when I accidentally spilled something on the floor. Check in/out was smooth and felt welcomed. The heated swimming pool is larger than many same class hotels I've stayed before. We had a good time playing in the pool. A plus is they provide pool towel so you don't need to bring one from the room.

Beds were too soft that we didn't sleep well. Our reservation is for 4 adults, but only 3 sets of towels provided. (since we are staying only one night, we didn't bother to ask for more towels). It will be better if we can take the pool towel out of the pool area so we don't need to change before going back to the room.
