Large room and the room was cleaned daily, Room lighting and furnishings were appealing to the eye. It did wonders to create a relaxing mood. The smart TV was nice so that we could use the Netflix app. My desk chair was broken but I had it replaced right away after calling the front desk. I also liked the restaurant/bar choices. I didn't have much time to enjoy it but it was nice to have it available, certainly something I would like to take an advantage of next time.
Breakfast was not very good. Limited, cold, and not very tasty. We tried it both days and were disappointed. I also think an elevator would be a great investment. I don't mind walking upstairs but I can see how many guests would be upset about not having one since the rooms are spread out. It makes for a lot of walking.

The employees were very nice, accommodating and professional! I would also like to say they had the best breakfast! The eggs and sausage was cooked on site and not microwaved, Beau made sure everything was fresh!

Lobby area and restaurant were very updated, clean and welcoming. Location right off highway is very convenient and close to several good restaurants.
The air conditioning was like a swamp cooler. Very humid room, noisy ac and could not regulate the temperature.

Clean, friendly staff
The property is nice and clean. Excellent parking. However, this time my husband looked out the window and noticed previous damage that may or may not have been a break in attempt which caused concern. Sadly it wasn’t until our check out date that he looked out the window just to see the weather.

Breakfast was great as was the room and location of the hotel. Probably the best hotel we have stayed in for a long time. I liked that there was a restaurant and bar. Very upscale!

The hotel was modern, welcoming and seemed "trendy" with a bar in the lobby at which people were hanging out and having a fun time.

The amenities in the room were good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
No elevators. Due to health we can’t do stairs. We asked to be moved to second floor due to noise and they complied but did not tell us there were no elevators. We had to ask to be moved again and they did. The bathroom was very small. the rooms smelled musty almost like smoke. The shelf in bathroom was broken. One of the light switches didn’t work by the bed.
Not much for breakfast. They were out of some of the items by 8:00.

I came to Marshall for a funeral and the Clarion was close to the Interstate, Church, and graveyard. Unfortunately, the hallway smelled like a corpse, and the parking lot could have easily been the crime scene. I pinned this so I survived.
