our room smelled like mold....the bathroom in our room was not clean

The mattress on the pull out sofa was not very comfortable. Needs replacing.

Air conditioner could not be regulated. Room felt stuffy, damp.

Staff was helpful, the room was spacious, the bathroom and sink area seemed clean, the bed was comfortable.

There were holes in one wall like frame supports had been ripped out, frame hangers and holes left above the bed on that wall, and it looked as if one of the lamps had been glued or congealed to a side table then later moved slightly, leaving a brown residue. The walls of the room were thin, I could hear the TV of my neighbor. My room was around the corner and a couple doors down from the lobby area, and the conversations from there were loud and clear. With all the lamps on it was pretty dim in the room. The below-window heating unit couldn't maintain a comfortable temperature in the room at night. I don't know if the sink stopper was missing or if that's how the sinks were, and I don't know if a stopper would've prevented a large spider from crawling up and hanging out in the sink one morning.

Smelled a lot of chlorine in the bedrooms.

The lady at the front desk was exceptional! She was VERY kind, helpful and a great multi tasker. I arrived at the hotel around 10pm and it was quite busy. She helped every person with kindness and went above and beyond. I wish I got her name but I want to let you know she was wonderful.

The breakfast in the morning was worth it for saving money while we were here.

The way the hotel is laid out becaise if you walk from one end to the other, would be a half mile long.

Your staff is great. They went out of their way to make sure we had a handicapped access room. Very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself looked pretty worn out. Exterior paint was peeling. Room looked out on an overgrown lot. Cooling unit was loud. Carpet could use a good cleaning.

The mattress was nice.

It didn't look clean. Utility closets were open. Vacuum sat in the entrance of the hotel. There was stacks of boxes and serves materials lining the corners of living area. Tables weren't clean. It had such a strong smell of bleach it almost made us sick. Our hotel room, had broken furniture. There were empty picture hooks on walls, like there were once pictures but weren't taken down or didn't repair walls. There was construction workers working outside our window. For $200 a night, it was shocking. We even debated whether we should find another place to stay.

Due to staffing, there was no housekeeping. We were, however, able to get clean towels.

The pool was very nice and so was the location. The bed was also comfortable. Also they had a nice breakfast section available!

The water pressure of the shower was not good, the pool towels were so tiny and the hallways smelled of "herbs"
