The Staff that waited on us She was rude at first

Ac didn't work very well, half of the lights in the room didn't work, mattress was horrible and front desk staff seemed put out that they had to check us in.

The staff was great. Hands down to them .they where helpful and easy to talk too .
This made our 3es trip there and the room was clean except the floor was dirty. We went and got some house shoes to wear so we didn't touch the floor .the toilet wouldn't flush unless you held the handle down. The room was 119 .I even told them next month when we come back I don't want that room. Would love to try there Jakasie room ..also would like something different to eat beside honey buns .I'm not a coffee drinker aonw hot chocolate or orange juice would of been nice .

Nothing it has been a while but I have been wanting to comment on my stay at this particular motel super 8 in fort Walton beach Florida to be exact I have never seen a motel where the entire staff is rude where I'm paying my hard earned money plus a house keeping female walked in my room where me and my daughter was sleeping that was actually strange seems like it's been done a lot I think this motel needs to be checked by corporate or hire staffing due to the things that is going on at this business I have never seen any business and they are getting away with it something isn't right and it doesn't feel safe I'm also gonna report them to the bbb it's a lot wrong with this business
A house keeper walked in my locked and occupied room when me and my daughter was sleeping that doesn't seem right and I have never seen where the entire staff is rude something isn't right at this particular motel and it seems like illegal activity is going on in the office part with most of the staffing

was not able to swim in pool one day it was a long term person blocking it then they did not unlock it

2 bathroom lights out. light next to bed not working, carpet dirty, exhaust fan bathroom not working. next day they never removed trash or brought new towels had to go to office ask and pick them up our selfs. I wouldn’t stay there again if it was free. office staff rude.Today they offer coffee and honey bun for breakfast and guess what only had coffee. I fired everyone that works there if I owned it period.

The front desk lady the mireave did not work the fone did not work in the room the hair dryer and I found a baby roach in the room

mmm so many things …. that I didn’t like ..
it smelled so bad ! we had fleas in our room!
we left with our clothes smelling like cigarette smoke!
it was clearly a smoking room , even tho they said it was not, bedsheets didnt smelled clean and also looked dirty:(
its not cheap at all! $140 per night doesn’t seem cheap to me

The housekeeper was extremely nice and the water pressure was great! We didn’t hear any of our neighbors while trying to sleep.
The pool needs some major attention, the bathroom floor wasn’t very clean, the older woman at the front desk wasn’t very customer service oriented.

Very convenient location , everything is close by. Good for a short term stay but definitely not long term. I stayed 2 nights & overall it was an ok stay.
The room is outdated , rust on the lamps , carpet was a bit dirty & ceiling had water damage. Booked queen beds but they were definitely full. Sheets did have stains so if you are anything like me , examine first before touching them. Bathroom was ok. Tub was a little dirty but once again , decent for a short term stay. Price could've been cheaper honestly.

my room was on the second floor & i had to go down to the first floor & to the entire other end to get to the ice machine

The parking lot was easy in and out
They had no jacuzzi tub like advertised, breakfast was only coffee and honeybun or grain bar and wasn't available until after 8 am, and the price was higher than booking.com said.

Location was convenient
Hair in bathtub dried brown liquid in sink microwave had food stuck to the inside and the carpet needed vacuuming hair was in several places

This was our second stay here. The staff was very friendly & room was clean. Location and price are always great.
Our room was closer to the road so at night you could really hear the traffic.
