The room was clean. The staff was nice. The pool was very clean.

Online it said there was a hot tub but there wasnt one.

Why did I not get my room deposited back?

I treated the room like it was a house I was watching why a close friend went on vacation why did I not get my deposit back?

The Bathroom was dirty.They could’ve done a better job with cleaning. I brought cleaning supplies just incase I had clean up the place myself, which I did.

The location was nice and easy to get to.

The breakfast didn’t have many options, there was a gross smell throughout the hotel, and the pool ran out of towels and were never restocked, the bathroom was very small in the room.

It needs more variety.

When my room was changed promptly, it was clean & good. Grocery and liquor store very nearby.

Bed bug infestation in room 101. Hot tub permanently capped off. No laundry facility as stated.

Rooms were available in a pinch.

Older facility, break was basically limited to waffles by 9:30 am everything else was already put away.

Breakfast was fine. Choices were limited and the same every day. It was quiet…no noise. Plenty of hot water.

Screen on the window was pushed in and while the window did close it didn’t lock. The security lock on the door was broken. No fresh towels daily.

The hotel served breakfast which was average, had apple juice. I liked the bed size of the room we stayed in was pretty comfortable. The in suite oversized tub was nice to relax in. Pool was a decent size despite being a little cold and the deepest part being 5 feet.

It could have been better in multiple ways. For instance if there wasn't somebody else's hair on one of the towels in the bathroom. If there wasn't questionable stains on certain furniture. We had to clean out the oversized tub ourselves after filing it and seeing dirt and other things floating in the water. The worst part of the stay was waking up the next morning and finding ants in our room. They were everywhere from the floor, on our clothes, on the towels, and even in the bed we slept in. When we had told the staff about this and provided photo evidence of the presence of ants, all they were able to offer was to clean our clothes for free in the washer and dryer they have on site despite us checking out at the same moment. They didn't offer any discount for our stay or any discount for a possible future stay making us chose not to book with this hotel again.

Nothing besides eggs, waffles and cereal for breakfast, the usual. Quiet and comfortable. Lots of sores in the area and not much traffic during night Time

The front desk needs some More training. staff At night were really slow and took us a while to check in. LIMITED PARKING. We had to park in front entrance

Average, cleaning staff helpful. Online booking could be better.

The manager could have been friendlier, more interested in listening to his customers, more helpful when the electricity went out. He was not always easy to locate.
