I liked the location

No room service

Location good, located among many good restaurants and shops

Music from the bar up the street a bit annoying at later night.

Location is great, in the middle of restaurants shops and a short walk to the beach. Staff was friendly and welcoming as well.

the bathroom could use a bit of sprucing up.

It was about 5 minutes from the beach we did not have to drive anywhere.

The lighting could be better.

the room was simple, clean. It was a perfect location. Love that we can look at our room and be right in town. Only two blocks from the beach

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. And the room was clean. Location was good.

It was noisy. Couldn't tell if it was other guests or possibly the pipes. But there were super loud thuds all through the day and night. Also, the room was a little worse for wear. Water damage on the drop ceiling of the bathroom. Plaster coming down from above the mirror. And there was wallpaper peeling from around a light switch cover. And the AC was loud and didn't keep the room that cool.

room was clean and was priced well. Clean towels daily. Quite peaceful. I will request a queen or king bed next time….my partner and I are both over 6’ tall and a full bed was too short for us. lol

Excellent location for everything we wanted to do, wish we could have stayed longer. Enjoyed the swimming pool and sitting on the deck area.

Wish there could have been a continental breakfast.

Very close and walking distance to everything. Front desk staff did help me with an email that I needed to printed off and did it for me. Decent value for the time of year and last-minute booking.

It was clean. But needs a little updating. We had ground level room . Make sure you get a Balcony room. No place to hang up wet towels or baiting suits to dry. Literally sitting in a parking lot if you want to sit outside of your room. I asked to change to an upper level.

The location can't be beat - it was only a few minutes' walk to the beach, and there were a ton of restaurants all around it. The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool looked nice, but we didn't have an opportunity to use it.

The hotel was a little overpriced, but that's true of everything in Rehoboth Beach. Otherwise, everything was great.

Pillows were uncomfortable. Mildew in shower. Needs re-caulking.

The staff member that we saw on our last day was super kind! The location was a quick walk to the beach.

Air conditioner was hard to regulate and it blew right across the bed closest to it.

Very close to everything within walking distance. Never moved my car from hotel parking lot the whole weekend!! I loved walking to the beach!! I don’t like elevators, but walking up to the 2nd floor for the pool wasn’t bad. The location is perfect and the money spent to stay there was reasonable.

Bathroom toilet was too low to the floor, need to update. Need to update the double beds to queen size.

Decent price for area, free parking, elevator, small pool on 3rd floor with plastic lounge chairs & a few tables & chairs, vending machines, ice machine, plastic chairs outside your door or balcony, AC worked well, microwave & fridge in room, towels for pool available, walkable to everything, it’s right on the main street of town & close to beach & all the restaurants. Friendly staff. Henlopen Oyster House & Salt Air restaurants are directly across the street from the back parking lot. Blue Hen & Purple Parrot are right next to the hotel. It’s a great location. It’s not beachfront so expect to walk to beach or to drive to beach somewhere.

Have to walk to the beach about 2 blocks but they are long blocks. It’s definitely doable but I didn’t want to walk that far with all my gear bc I’m lazy & it was hot outside so I chose to drive to a different part of the beach & pay for public parking that was right at the beach. parking meter was $2/hour with a max of 12 hours & it was fine. The beach gets crowded on the weekend. Bring your own soap to hotel bc only a bottle of shampoo & conditioner were provided.

You can't beat this location. It's steps to the beach and all of the restaurants, shopping, etc that Rehoboth has to offer.

The room was very clean but showed a little wear. Nothing to really complain about, however. I would def stay there again.
