front desk staff did a fantastic job.

the room was in bad shape entry door frame hanging off. bathroom knob falling off it would not close also all screws loose.

There was a restaurant in the hotel and the hottub worked

When we checked in we wasnt informed that room service was upon request so we had to keep asking for towels trash bags toiletries. The breakfast was bare minimum

The room was above the restaurant so the room smelt like burgers.

The staff could not have been better. Very responsive and helpful.

Common areas were quite dirty. Bathroom was dirty, specifically what looked like blood on the bathroom door stop. Caulking was dirty and deteriorating. Wood work was dirty and delaminating. Beds were soft, with little support on the edge.

Friendly staff, comfortable room. Washer and dryer available for use ($1.50 wash, $1.00 dry - super reasonable!) which we appreciated after two weeks of travel. This is a place where a lot of river trips/hiking trips begin and end, so it is spotlessly clean but casual and not stuffy. I always appreciate when a place will accommodate a dog.

Staff were all very nice and helpful. Restaurant had delicious food.

Would have liked another option for sugar substitute for coffee/tea (stevia etc.).

They advertise 100% smoke free when they allow guest to smoke from the third floor balcony and staff to smoke outside the main entrance less than 25 feet from the entrance you have to walk through the smoke to get inside. The breakfast only has the waffles and juice no fresh fruit or anything else. Also they need to indicate that they allow pets and smoking so guest with asthma and allergies be safe and be able to breathe.

Location was fine, but a little noisy at times , hotel is right on the main highway!

Breakfast was poor in our opinion! Waffles were the only hit option. We went elsewhere!

Clean and comfortable

The toilet, every time you sat on the throne it moved.

The breakfast was minimal to start with - waffles, yogurt, sausage corn dogs & breakfast burritos. BUT then the “cooler” that all of the cold items were in was 60 degrees according to the thermometer in it.

The carpet in our room was borderline crunchy - to the point where we were grossed out and left our shoes on. The toilet was also EXTREMELY iffy when flushing, the WIFi wasnt working and the exterior door by our room wasnt secured after hours despite having a card reader. It also didn’t have a slow-close mechanism, so every door slam was heard & felt in our room - especially since hall noise was easily transmitted into the room (and vice verse) And the hot tub… see the attached photo. The jets were NOT on there.

The skirt for the bed had white stuff on it when I entered the room. I let the front desk know and they didn't change it left it there.. The bathroom was filthy, the soap holder had a soap film on it, obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The bed was miserable, so uncomfortable seems like the mattresses need to bed rotated..
