the staff was really nice.

the bathroom was filthy, the beds were old they had dents in them & you could feel the springs on your back. The ac unit was so dusty it looked like it has never been cleaned, so we couldn’t even turn on the heat when it got cold.

The hotel was clean and worth the value as it was located close to the event we were attending. The breakfast was good and the staff preparing the food was very courteous and concerned with giving the best service possible.

First the bathroom in our room was TOO Small. How is it possible to forget this vital area where customers need adequate space. Secondly, I witnessed an interaction between two staff members at the front desk with a paying customer/resident of the hotel. They responded to his concern in a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER. I started to intervene but chose to watch and see how it would end. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They could have placated or appeased the customer in a manner in which his concern was heard and noted for upper management to resolve.

The room was nice. There wasn’t any noise throughout the hallways to deter sleeping at night.

The bathroom was too small. I also didn’t like the location of the hotel.

Lots of breakfast choices, food area very clean and organized, hot foods hot and cold foods cold. All staff very friendly and helpful. The bed clothes smelled like bleach.

Toilet was clogged upon arrival, however quickly fixed by staff and we were offered a new room. There was a lens from a pair of glasses on the floor by the window.. makes me question if the room was thoroughly cleaned.

Housekeeping opened our door and walked in our room at 9:30 am with no warning. Check out is noon so no reason for them to come into our room. Huge invasion of privacy. Pool was closed. Free hot breakfast advertised from 6am-10am, went down at 8:30 and there was nothing left and no more food was being made. Bathroom in room was dirty and hair everywhere. Chips all over carpet by beds so they obviously weren't vacuumed.

the pool and hot tub were closed due to repairs wish they stated that on the website I would have stayed some were else the whole reason I booked the hotel was because of the pool and hot tub .
