Comfortable bed

Very strong odor in room like burnt grease. Floors were not very clean.

Location was near anything you needed.

Sink was dirty with dried up coffee. I think they forgot to clean it.

The sheets had hair on it. I couldn’t sleep all night because it felt like something was crawling on me. When I pulled the blankets off the sheets had gray and short black hair poking through sheets and blankets. When we entered the elevator it had a disgusting fishy smell. When I got off the elevator and entered to 2nd floor it was much worse. I ran to find my room #211. once opened I went straight to the bathroom and puked. Never again.

Fraying carpet/—poor quality toaster and poorly functioning coffee maker. Kitchen was almost nonfunctional due to scarcity of dish cloth soap etc.

Very dated - no amenities. Continental breakfast was a granola bar or a bag of oatmeal?!

The bed was to my liking. Coffee maker and fridge. Pet friendly.

Unsecure internet. "Keys" that constantly failed. Lack of security. "Keyed" doors constantly propped open and occasional encounters with perceived vagrants with shopping carts wearing blankets. Doggy bag dispenser never refilled. A room window that would not close. Toxic fumes from range burners. Employees not wearing masks.

Cozy rooms.

Police have a tendency to frequent this business and harassed some other patrons that had done nothing wrong.

They gave me the keys to a room at 1 a.m. that somebody else was already occupying. I had to wait in the lobby for them to clean another room. I asked for two beds because I was with a friend and I got one bed. I was told I would not be charged for the room but they could not find my reservation. This was literally the worst experience I have ever had and would not do booking.com again

No breakfast location okay

No coffee pot, toaster, utensils. Stove didn’t work in 206. Room 111 another in our party, the hair dryer smoked and turned red. Our room an outlook sparked. Carpet frayed and dirty. Otho good in either room, toaster and coffee pot, dishes etc.

I don't believe the windows have been cleaned in a decade, plus one of them would not close completely.

Not much.It was great to spend time with family but I felt so bad because this place was a dump.

This place was not thoroughly cleaned and they did not seem to care.There was dirt on the sheets and dead bugs in the tub.I brought it to their attention when checking out because I did not want to be by these people.And they made me feel like it was my fault.Also the manager did not correctly wear his mask and his nose kept popping out.
