It was in a great location where we needed to be and it was nice.
Our room smelled like dog and it had some trash under the bed.

This place appears to have the bare minimum breakfast for the sole purpose of listing "free breakfast" on the website. But it's a joke! The "breakfast" they provide is absolutely pathetic. The cheapest of motels offer better continental breakfasts than this hotel does. See the attached photo for what it looked like.
Also, I didn't notice that fridge coolness dial was not turned, so the food I put in there spoiled. Finally, they don't even stock utensils in the kitchen until you call and explicitly ask for them.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room and facilities are very clean. Was able to cook in the unit. Very spacious.
Need to provide more items to cook with. A couple of pots would've been nice.

The Staff offered very good customer service. They also offered to have pets. I have a service dog & this is a place which I will keep in mind for future stays.
I wasn't informed about the location or the time frame of the breakfast time & what that looked like. They offered a free breakfast.

Too many roaches in our room, no ice buckets, no coffee. For the price we should of had some complimentary items in the room regardless of Covid.

The fact that I got there and the booking had somehow been put under someone else's name but I have the confirmation number and emails and everything else and I still had to cancel the online booking and rebook at the location and had to pay more for the room.

Location was good for our stay. Room was large with stove and refrigerator in kitchen area.
Seemed a little run down. Not very clean, there was food left in the refrigerator, was difficult finding a parking space at night.
