The staff was very friendly and helpful

When we arrived (740pm) we were greeted by friendly staff. We put our things in the room and left to get food and go to the casino. Upon arriving back at the hotel (1130pm) we had the chance to look around and could see bed bugs. They were all over the bed! We immediately went to the front desk. The woman there was very helpful. She got us another room but we had to put our belongings in bags and wash all of our clothes first thing in the morning so our day was spent doing laundry and unable to go anywhere until it was done. The whole experience was terrible and it was an inconvenience. We couldn’t go anywhere. Will never stay in another extended stay again.

The place was nice but I had too many weird experiences

The male staff would call my room late at night when i would check in alone. The last time I stayed he knocked on my door . I was freaked out by the situation and told my boyfriend. My boyfriend asked him to not knock on the door . They both got into a heated argument. This was very unprofessional.

Desk person was ice cold. No smile nothing. Never at desk always had to wait. Told us they put coffee out at 5:30am and at 6 am still nothing and no one at desk.

Rooms were clean, some were outdated but still clean, area was nice.

Grab and go breakfast, would be nice if it was a mini breakfast bar at least, or had more options rather than just a muffin , oatmeal, or granola bars.

Checkin was very friendly and thorough and the front desk called after a few hours to make sure all was fine.

I had to leave a day early because of no sleep: dogs across the hall yelped from 8 p.m. to midnight and the room above had stompers in concrete boots constanttly walking around from 4 p.m. until midnight, and intermittently the rest of the night. No fault of the hotel, just inconsiderate people.

The location was good for the trip in regards to our driving back home from being in the Maryland area. The room was comfortable for the price. The room had a good clean feel and look. However the curtain were not hung properly and the decor lack and needs updated.

The continental breakfast was not feasible or appropriate for your establishment. There was no hot food like eggs, oatmeal, biscuits, etc. There was no hot coffee or hot water. The breakfast area was tooo little, not appetizing and no real FOOOD! The breakfast lack any nutritional value for myself or husband whom paid. Please try to upgarde your free Continental breakfast for customers to at least have a mini muffin, hot coffee/tea, and fresh fruit, or a little cereal to go.

The hotel needs updating.

I didn’t really feel safe. Our toilet was broken. I think the price point attracted the 420 friendly crowd! The breakfast was just coffee, granola bars and oatmeal packets.
