The breakfast was great. Plenty of selection. Comfortable beds.
The shower floor was slippery and no safety bars.

Facility was very nice and clean. Location great.
Check in ok. Breakfast service lousy. Was told person in charge is sick. So she had no time to make it and said we could have breakfast tomorrow!! Told her we check-out today, so since we payed for it, we expect to get at least something, which she then agreed to it. But she definitely was not happy about it. Have to say, she had no problem sitting outside smoking, instead of doing her job.

The stay at this Best Western was ok but could have been better. We did enjoy the continental breakfast. The location of the hotel was also great.
We were disappointed with the inside of this hotel. It looked as if (maybe) it was under construction but I have no idea. There were no signs stating this so I actually have no idea why it was a mess. None of the ice machines worked. To top it all off, when we got ready for bed and pulled back the top cover, there was someone else’s pizza crust at the foot of the bed🤢

The location.
The property was under renovation but still it could have been much cleaner. I had to ask for wash cloths. The room smelled like cigarette smoke (non-smoking room). Just very run down and unkept.

The staff is super friendly and supports all my needs. Reception is 24/7, very helpful when comming late in the evening. Food very close to the hotel.
The smell of the room and the mold around the windows. It was not possible to open the window. When turning the AC on, it was super smelly.

Door lock was broken, hair dryer had to be unplugged to turn off, phone and clock were out, parts of the building were in disrepair, at least one cockroach in the room

Good place. A/C. Heat. Comfortable bed. Elevator to 2nd floor. Clean. Microwave. Fridge. Iron. Ironing board. Friendly staff at check-in.
Poor lighting....not all of the lamps worked.
No hair dryer.
