Only thing I like is that the room comes with stove and refrigerator.

I don't like that they don't come to Check if you need tissue paper or trash bags or the vacuum and the cable TV sucks here they don't have nothing but sho-time and these old TV has bad volume and poor picture quality.

Booked the room at a certain price when I got there. They said they didn't have that room available and jacked Up the price.. The rooms are trash. The tiles were dirty. The bed sheets and comforter was dirty. Not a hotel you want to stay at. Found the roach in the bathroom

Twin beds too small and the room was nasty to where I had to clean it with bleach for me to sleep in the room. There was blood on the toilet and in the toilet. I will never stay here again. I thought it was still the same like extended stay but it's not. Old fridge and stove didn't even work us microwave was nasty as well. The room was like nobody cleaned it at all.

Honestly the customer service was okay

The room smelled like cigarettes really bad, the refrigerator was very dirty the bathroom the cockroaches all over and was horrible but I had no choice I was concerned not to get refunded and not find something else I was visiting my brother who is in the military

The room smelled and was not cleaned for the entire week I was there. It has a kitchenette but nothing was in the cupboards, no utensils, plates or pans. The "breakfast was a choice of 1 of 3 brands of mini granola bars or a packet of instant oatmeal. I had an issue with the shower drain not working and went to the office for help. After being ignored for a few minutes I was acknowledged with a very sarcastic "yes". supported by a disgusted look. I told her the problem and she said she would note it. then when I turned to leave she played an excerpt on her phone about how white people should pay reparations. I felt like she was trying to shame me for being white. Then several days later when I checked out the same employee could not figure out how to work the printer so i could not get a receipt. This hotel seems to be frequented by drug dealers/users. There was a broke down van in front of door that didn't move at all during my stay and it was only used for people to smoke (What I surmised was illegal substances). IF the manager or owner reads this...get it together
