Book out whas at 11 me and my wife whas changing at 10:30 and they opened the door before knocking!

Room was equipped with midsized kitchen . Very convenient!

It didn't smell too clean.

The location was great for me

That my flight landed at 2a.m., I got to the hotel around 4am, in order for me to check into my room at that time of morning, I had to pay an additional $89 if not then I would have had to sleep in the rental car and wait until 3pm to check - in. When I booked the room, I requested that my room be available at that time of morning because my flight landed at 2am and I knew I didn't have anyplace else to go lay down and get some sleep. I feel if you ask me if I have any special request, then they should be met with no exceptions. Why do I have to pay an additional $89 when the room was already available, it's not like the hotel had to go clean the room and make it ready, it was already clean and available

The size of the room was nice because we got a free upgrade from what was originally booked.

There was not enough water pressure in the shower, we had difficulty getting washcloths, and towels on the 3rd day of our stay. There were no blankets on the pull-out bed. Public transportation to get anywhere was a nightmare because everything interesting to do required a 2-3 bus transfer.

I like everything overall except one thing

It's not a great place to go if you have active kids. The residents there compain a lot behind even the most simpe noise from children. Certainly it makes sense that your children behave to a certain standard but here if they even run across the floor a couple times you've got people there that are immediately making complaints.
