Staff is helpful but not sufficient. It seems that they have to do other tasks than to be upfront for customer service. There’s almost never anyone at the front desk.

Lack of staffing. Horrible smell from outside, I was dizzy and sick every day. Even from closed windows smell sips in not sure if it’s from small river in the back but every night around 11-12 smelling would start and not end till next day 9-10 am. Not very clean. Mattress was deformed. But what bothers me the most about this chain is that we have to go up to front feet every time toilet paper runs out - absolutely ridiculous and humiliating process. You should have at least refill service.

great location and a very comfortable room. Full size fridge and cooking utensils if you need. Very friendly and professional staff.

I went to check in and the hostess was not anywhere to be seen. She came out a few minutes later and began the checkin process. I had my 7 month old puppy with me and she began to tell me that I couldn't have her inside my room. I explained to her that I had booked my reservation through booking.com and specifically needed a hotel that accepted pets. She said oh okay I will just charge you extra. I could not believe it. I agreed because I had driven 9 hours from Los Angeles and I did not have the time to look for anything else!

No remote for TV. Microwave didn't work, no coffee maker in room. Needed updated.

The location is the best thing about this property. Near the freeway & there's a mini mall nearby to get food.

The lack of proactive employees. There was a connection problem with the TV and I was told to just try to turn it off and on. That didn't work. I had to leave for the evening and I informed them again the TV was not working. I returned and it was still not working. No response from them except I'm sorry. There was a weird smell in my room and the room was extremely hot when I entered. The vending machine was out of order, thankfully I had an extra bottle of water in my car!

Staff helpful and pleasant. Bed comfortable once I borrowed an extra blanket. Layout and lighting were efficient.

Room remained very cold. Bathroom faucet handle was broken and faucet dripped. Had to make three trips to the front desk just to get a cup for morning coffee, a dish for my takeout dinner, and an extra blanket. Fridge and room heater were both very noisy. Could hear guest in next room coughing for long periods of time. Although things looked clean, the disrepair made me wonder how hygienic the room was.

Location was very convenient. Free parking was nice

Neighbors were loud, poor breakfast.
