The hotel is very nice. Even though they are doing renovations we were very comfortable. The only down side was pool and hot tub were closed when we stayed. Paxton, the front desk clerk, was great! We enjoyed the food and drinks that were included in our room.

The shower was horrible. Either scalding hot or freezing cold. It was so difficult to adjust the water I gave up on finishing my shower. The beds were comfortable.

The property was old but moderately clean.
I didn’t like the jacuzzi wasn’t hot, the bathroom was not clean in our suite, the food was bland, and it was undergoing construction.

Great value. Love Drury Inn. Pet friendly. Rooms are a bit dated but, everything was very clean. I also liked that the the pool was not an indoor/outdoor like some of the newer Drury Inns. This meant the pool was warmer!

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Drury Inn. We ended up staying here for one night, as we had attended a wedding in town. The hotel provided easy access to the interstate, and was overall quiet. Our room was incredibly clean and also quiet. The breakfast was pretty good with plenty of different options. There is a pool, but we didn't end up using it. There was additionally a cocktail hour with free alcoholic beverages, but we did not attend as we were at a wedding. Excellent value for the price.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Drury Inn. It is an excellent value for the price. We rated it a 9 because we didn't find it totally exceptional, but that it would be an option that we would use again if we were to return to Springfield. It is somewhat dated throughout the hotel, however, but that doesn't bother us.

The staff from the minute we checked in, was friendly and welcoming. We observed how they all pitched in to make certain their guests were happy and taken care of. Our room was well appointed, clean and comfortable.
We were in a room close to an exit. The door was noisy when opened and closed. Next time I will request a room far from an exit.

It was clean and nice. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast and evening dinner buffets were very nicely done and made the stay perfect! We would come back for those reasons! Thanks!
