The pool was and hot tub was nice. On one of them the jets didn’t work though.
There were tiny black beetle/ bugs in our room. We kept killing them and they kept coming out of holes in the bathroom. Also the WiFi that it said was included did not work well at all. Connection was terrible!

Travelers know... a good shower makes the ROOM! This was fabulous. Breakfast/Brunch at the Stackers Restaurant was over the top. Best I've ever had!! Real Maple Syrup, as it should be in MAINE. I highly recommend this property. They are working constantly on making improvements. Some of the decor is outdated. It doesn't detract from the value of the Property

Good location and friendly staff.
Both sinks in the bathroom were stopped up and it took 5 or more minutes for them to drain. There was no microwave in the room, and the only one available was behind the front desk, so you could not easily heat up your own food or water for tea.

I was able to check in early after driving 6 hours to my destination. This was amazing for us.

Beds are very comfy, shower is always good, clean, staff is helpful,noise level always good, Stacks next door is amazing for breakfast, dog friendly.

Room was very clean, comfortable beds. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Location close to several places we needed to reach. Food at the restaurants on site was very good. Excellent service from them.

I liked using the gym and the hot tub. I liked the overall appearance of the Ramada. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful However, upon my exploration of Portland, I'm aiming to stay at the Holiday Inn Suites next.

The bed was very comfortable
The people seemed to be nice, but not very happy in their jobs in my opinion.
The room felt a little grungy. The shower had grout chips and it looked like mold. The Volcano restaurant was not very good and the breakfast restaurant was passable. All in all, it was not horrible, but not as nicely maintained as it appeared on the website.

Run down (room door closes badly and rumbles, stained smelly carpets in hallway and room), needs renovation (lots of mould in bathroom), not very clean (smelly, found two cockroaches in bathroom, stained carpets), no room service when staying for less then 3 days. Very noisy (large empty parking lot where guys make donuts with their car in the evening.

the location was close to where I had to be, also close to shopping.
Definitely needed upgrading. Hotel is old all around. Went to use pool one evening and it was supposed to be heated . water was cold and I couldn’t swim. Hot tub was being hogged by a family with six kids. I went back an hour later and they were all still there. Lights did come on in pool area. Free morning coffee was good.

A member of the cleaning staff catcalled/made inappropriate comments when my girlfriend went back to our room. We did not stay our second night due to the discomfort of this. Unacceptable.
