Conveniently close to store and restaurants
Blankets had stains on them and even though room said was 100% smoke free I have asthma and could smell some smoke

The door wouldn’t close without using the key on the outside. They were selling crack outside where kids are, it was loud, the room stinked it had cigarette burns in the bed. It was not clean.

I liked the fact that we did not spend one night in that bug infested crackhead of a hotel.
We got our card key paid for the room. While my husband was waiting in the truck, he’s all crackheads everywhere. We had second thoughts but we checked in anyway cause we had a reservation. It was already paid for. I said let’s go in and check out the room. The walls were lined with bugs. the floor was filthy. The beds had spots and stains, unknown yuck. Shower stall looked like someone had punched it. It was cracked all over. Took key back and she would not refund me. She said she would but I went through booking.com and they would have to refund me and they said they are not refunding me. And PS don’t use booking.com. This red roof inn is a crack house. Believe me when I say that. Stay far away.

Staff was indifferent to issues of room smelling like smoke and poor tv reception Gpt 5 infomercial stations and no regular programming. Staff said it was the weather but I still got the Infomercial stations. All I wanted was to get a good nights sleep before my flight. As it turned out, I only got 3 hours sleep and was seriously considering sleeping in my car that night.

Staff on late night shift is terrible, rude, and lazy.
And canceled my reservation before I arrived. Still haven't gotten my money back bc they wont answer the phone when booking calls. Been weeks now.

Shower had a rage tie around it so water wouldn't spray the ceiling. Box spring have stains on them sheets had cigarette burns and our key would not work for the first 2 days had to run and have someone from office let us in

The beds were comfortable. The evening clerk was mostly friendly.
I rented two rooms for two nights. My room, the bedding was dirty, dirty wash cloth still in shower, toilet didn’t flush properly, no tv. The second room, first the lock didn’t work so we had to get a new room. After 2 hours, we finally got keys to a new room. The new room had no towels, no soap of any kind, no shower curtain, dirty bedding and the tv just stopped working in the middle of the day. The morning clerks on the day of check out were not friendly at all.

I booked a room for single night stay. It canceled my room unknowingly. The time i checked in at the frontdesk, the woman at the frontdesk said my name wasn't on the system. She was laughing when she talking to me. I showed her my conformation email
and she said," It was canceled due to double-checking for the room. I was walked away.
My question is would Redroof refund my money for the cancelations?

The room was warm
the phone and tv were broke. We got locked out of our 1st room with some of our stuff in there

room smelled like dog pee, first room we got had 1 pillow for two beds and a tv that had sound but no picture. second room we got smelled like dog pee on bed sheets, pillows, the chair and we had a tv that worked but no remote. terrible stay poor management with house cleaning and maintenance I would never recommend this hotel to anybody

Easy check in. And an easy check out.
The bathroom floor was flooded after taking a shower. I had no phone to contact the front desk, and had no TV remote. Asked the guy who was working the front Friday night 2/24/23 for a remote and never received it.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room I booked wasn’t able to be opened so they just put me in a different room, no questions asked

Hotel was run down and had a lot of vagrant people living there. In need of major updates. Smelled marijuana from the next room. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
