The room was fine, unremarkable. Though it had a little kitchen there was absolutely nothing for cooking, not even a coffee maker so there were actually fewer options.

Disruptive occupants were being evicted with all other worldly belongings when I arrived so the yelling and chaos was pretty offputting. The neighborhood otherwise felt ok.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable, extremely firm like sleeping on the floor. There were ants in the room. I asked for cookware to make a meal and was told they didn't have anymore. No extra pillows. The internet was unusable from my room. Signal was to poor. Room was dusty/dirty. I would not recommend this hotel, nor return for a future stay.

Disappointed in room. Uncomfortable bed, 1 bedside table instead of 2, no plates, glasses etc., couldn't get 1st floor even though requested at booking.

My trip was not in their system. Staff seemed like they didn’t like dealing with booking.com since they refused to call or get anyone else to help. was booked and confirmed with confirmation and PIN number. Had to book another room which took quite a bit of time because of availability. Ended up at motel 6 which was the only hotel available.

Rate was same on online reservation. I liked the "after hours" checkin

I had to go back to the front desk to exchange rooms. Original room was dirty. Elevators would assist.

Didn't eat breakfast left room at 3 in the morning.

Safe Neighborhood & easily accessible to restaurants.

Empty kitchen without any utensils, Not even Coffee Maker & Glasses to drink water. No Hair Dryer, Just a Small Soap Bar & Shampoo in the bathroom. Coffee Mugs & Water Glasses sent to room after 3 hours & asking twice. But still no Coffee Machine because they didn't have any cleaned machine & suggested to have coffee in the morning when breakfast (Grab & Go) is available.😌
