We love staying there. Paid for the room before we arrived. We got there an extra 30.00 dollars for what ? Would have been nice to have been informed before hand. I hate those little surprises.

The desk clerks were very friendly .

Pool wasn’t open… we planned on spending time there. Couch was stained, air conditioner sounded like a semi truck .

There were ants in my room. We couldn't get wash clothes. We were told they weren't any. Pool was closed because it needed to be cleaned

Fresh staff stayed on top everything was amazing definitely will be returning here real soon keep up good work staff very friendly and nice very clean and comfortable

Everything was amazing keep up good work guys my family definitely enjoyed enjoyed our selves we had a time of our lives there only thing was pool wasn’t open but other than that everything was beautiful

Great breakfast

They charge a surcharge that they say they will take off and credit after your stay IF you do NOT purchase incidentals. The computer system was not working at check in. Waited several hours and it still wasn't working. The system was not working when we went to check out.

We did not eat breakfast, but it did look good.

Size of the room was great for 3. It would be great if it had a restaurant but, plenty places in driving distance. Location was good.

Nothing, from check-in to daily disappointments

At check-in the desk clerk declined my credit card. After 20 minutes on the phone with my credit card company I find out my card is fine. The hotel clerk had put the card into the machine wrong. Well, by now I am embarrassed in front of my friend. Several days in a row I had to insist my room be attended to. I don't think it is too much to ask for the trash to be removed . I don't think it is too much too ask for clean towels to already be in my room after I have been gone all day. The desk clerk was rarely at the desk. I was told they were short staffed. The desk clerk was also the bartender, fry cook for the cafe, the supervisor for the housekeeping problems, the monitor for the buffet and whatever else being thrown at them. The decor was in severe need of attention. Wallpaper was falling off the walls in the lobby, cafe area and hallways to my room. In the parking lot there was a large pothole that I hit in the dark. Instantly thinking I had ruined a car tire. The buffet was adequate but no person there to monitor for needs of the patrons. I had to rummage through all the cabinets to find condiments that I needed. No one there to occasionally wipe down the tables between patrons. Nasty ! Spider webs in the room. I wiped down my room with disinfectant after I checked in. Never offered any compensations for all the problems we had. Won't be back
