Someone knocked at my door at 1am

The location.
It was dirty, and if we wouldn’t have paid ahead of time depleting our savings account, we would have left immediately. They said our refund would take days to deposit back to our bank. We couldn’t afford that with the immediate evacuation we did from our home when a ceiling collapsed. Never again

Place to sleep for a night
If u pay online u have to pay a deposit but if u pay in person there is no deposit. Struggling to make ends meet I booked a room and payed online with my last few dollars. I previously stayed there a night before and was not asked to pay a deposit. When I booked thru booking I could save a few extra dollars by just paying online so I did. When I explained I already paid but didn't have the deposit they just took on themselves to cancel my reservation and took the only money I had. So I basically just paid them 53$ for a room I didn't even get to sleep in. I ended up sleeping in my car I'm so unhappy about the out come. I sent them a refund request no response:( I will not be returning.

Dirty dirty 💩
Staff wasn't friendly trash cans full, front desk don't open up until 11am, no where to drop the key off. It's worse than a cheap motel.

the maintenance guy was breaking in my room and did something to my clothes I have washed them 3-5 times since and the smell still won’t come out

The mattress was dirty and the pillows was dirty and the manager said they change them once a month🤮😒😒🤦 it was hair in the shower drain .my check in time was at 3:00 I came at 4:00 the room wasn't ready until 5:30 my power was out because of the storm so I had to sit outside and wait until the one housekeeper they had Cleaning all the rooms then the manager came and cleaned the room they were giving me it was still dirty I would never stay here again it needs to be remodeled and better managed the outside needs to be cleaned up so I'll type a cigarette butts all down the stairs it's people that live there that's a weekly motel

I had a reservation on Christmas Eve for this hotel. My reservation was to be for about a week. I arrived at the hotel at 5:00 p.m. and there was no one there to check me in. I waited for 3 hours and no one ever came it was freezing outside I had gotten dropped off by an Uber so I had no way to go anywhere and nothing was really open because it was Christmas Eve. I'm so disgusted and disappointed and disappointed with this hotel I never even got to check in at all I ended up having to take another Uber to another hotel and stay there I am so disgusted with this place and also for booking for backing this place up I've gotten no apologies and I have sent several emails to both places with regards to what has happened and no response at all no sorry no explanation nothing shame on all involved with this reservation that I had there was other people too that did not get to be checked in and they had reservations as well I also witnessed people that were already at the hotel trying to get a hold of staff from the hotel was absolutely no response either I will never recommend this place to anyone ever it's a horrible place on Christmas Eve of all times to not check somebody into the room is ridiculous.. never again!!
I have nothing nice to say about this place I didn't appreciate the fact that even though I had a reservation no one was there to check me in. I was in the freezing cold blowing snow for 3 hours until I finally got a hold of someone and took an Uber to a different Hotel realizing that no one was ever coming to check me in I have no good words to say about anything the one room thankfully the door was broken and I got to go into was the laundry room which was dirty and disgusting I am so unimpressed with this hotel I can't even tell you I will never recommend it to anyone ever.

Room good
Had to change rooms. Then couldn’t get key to work. No one in office. Then finally after waiting an hour outside in the cold the manager got in with a crowbar. But mean we could t lock our door if we left. So we couldn’t leave cause no way in besides a crowbar.

Shower curtain was missing Called customer service and was told they would bring one up an hour later still no curtain

Very dirty and out dated, linens were clean and that's about it, needs to be updated and and painted, piles of garbage on the stairs landings (every floor)

Tried to tell the front desk they had roches seen 2 roches in my room when I book a stay there, didn't insist on no type of compensation, that's disgusting and the front people desk is rude and need new management

When me and my spouse entered our room it wasn't no pillows or a comforter trash still in the room from previous guest bathroom not cleaned housekeeping never cleaned the room the front desk lady gave us we didn't get a clean room until the next day at 4:40pm cause no one would answer at the front desk unorganized and trifling location

I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have a pleasant experience but decided to give it another chance. almost the exact same issues as my previous stay. room wasn’t cleaned properly, kitchen area was dirty, and the bathroom smelled like strong urine. I requested for the least nosiest area but was totally ignored and placed near construction workers playing music outside and a couple smoking next to my door. I’ll never return to this room either unless it’s bought and renovated by new owners.

The room had dead flies at inside windows and sticky substance splashed over one wall. Also, the cement was crumbling on outside porch on the third floor, this is dangerous. Moved out of room and Cancelled reservation but hotel will not refund money that was paid in full at check-in
