Ice machine didn't work

The walls were very thin; we could clear heard the normal-volume conversation in the room next door. The front desk guy who checked us in was not very welcoming.

the check in was verry poor they coud not use my mastercard or visa debit card it was allways declined but i used these cards just before to get gas for my car also they did not have an accessible unit

No Reception attendant when we arrived and when she arrived barely acknowledged us. The room was cold upon arrival, no elevator, breakfast was a joke- coffee and cheap prepackaged pastries in the tiny reception area. Very dated, few tv channels, very, very basic accomodations. Poor customer service.

staff not at desk when arrived…sign stated they will return in 15 mins ?? Had a no smoking room , but the hallway was loaded with the smell of Marijuana ? ! Not a very appetizing Continental breakfast… on a shelf in the lobby … never again !!!

There was a sewer smell on bottom floor...?? Maybe plumbing issue??

Friendly staff comfortable bed and great location

I had two people who are handicapped and because they did not put them together one the first floor, one had to walk up and down the stairs to the second floor with her luggage she hurt her knees. Her TV did not work and she had difficulty getting the shower to work. I had requested first floor rooms. Our room did not have enough towels. the parking was horrible and the front desk clerk was not all that engaging nor friendly. Both mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable. We had been on the road for over eight hours and just want to check in and go to sleep. When we got there the only "thing" we saw was a sign stating no one would be at the desk for another 30 minutes. It was 9:30 at night - what do you do for 30 minutes at 9:30 at night in Beaver, UT?????

No internet….this was a must for me. This was my second night at a Days Inn on my trip and both hotels were very outdated. I won’t be choosing Days Inn again.

Having to clean the toilet before using it. Untrained staff. Musty smelling. Loud fan in bathroom that ran constantly.
