the room was obviously not cleaned thoroughly before I got there. the man that checked me in was very curt, nearly didn’t speak a word besides my room number. check the video. the bathroom was disgusting so much that we chose to not shower there and head out room 328

Comforter had holes in it..Fridge wasnt clean and got woke up at 530 to some lady screaming

Tommy and Matt truly managed this hotel with the customer in mind, outstanding customer service and communication. The property improvements are very noticeable to us the customer. Marvin the maintenance manager was very professional and efficient with handling our situation and care of the hotel.

One small thing missing mints at the front deck.

It smelled bad, empty straw paper on the floor, carpet was stained, person before us left the key card on the chair, hair in the tub the night stand had drink marks on it. . Wasn't cleaned if all that was in the room. Nasty

Nothing. I stayed there because I couldn't book another hotel that night. Went and got a different hotel next day.

When booking it stated that breakfast was included and that was part of the price. When I got to the room there was a note stating that they no longer offer breakfast. When I arrived the room had no wifi and there was rust all over the fridge. There was trash in bags in the side entrance that made the whole hallway smell.I will definitely not be staying here again. The hotel down the street was way better.

They cancelled my reservation for no -show 30-40 mins after I was onsite and there was no one at the reception. Also the person I talked to over the phone told he cannot bring anyone at the reception as it’s too late and asked me to go to a different hotel.

This place was very clean. The room was newly renovated. No carpet in the room makes things much easier to stay clean. The room was very comfortable and had a large refrigerator and all facilities. There was a garbage room so the garbage was out of view and not overflowing all over the place. Garbage was also removed very promptly. Staff were very nice and friendly. Felt very safe and quiet location. Overall Excellent.

Maybe more variety with breakfast bars. A breakfast room with tables, chairs and a TV would be nice.
