Ron and all the front desk staff were so accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff make you feel welcome! The hot tub was an extra bonus in the pool!

Could use an update, seemed a little “bare bones”; I had this feeling the hotel was surviving on a financial thread.

I liked the hotel. It was quiet in the room area. The lobby was open to the cafeteria and could be quite noisy.

The cooked breakfast was lack luster. I would stay with the continental breakfast. The bed was as hard as a brick and the mattress was thinner than a usual mattress. It was on a wooden platform, not a box spring. I also did not like that they charged $50 incidental charge per day at check-in. The money was returned 4 days AFTER we checked out and it was verified we didn't charge meals to the room or damage anything.

I think you are understaffed for prime time, i.e. evenings and breakfast(understandable, since the government pays people better to stay home than work at this time)!!! Your two-person staff had to really bust their butts to make us happy and, frankly, it was not great...they were great....not their faults...the crowd was too large! But they braved onwardly without an attitude...both evening and at breakfast! So sorry I cannot remember all their names, but heroic in their effort and attitudes!

More clean knives (giggle) and replenishment of the coffee station...I came down at 6:30 for a cup (yum); when I came down for breakfast (8:15), there was only one urn of regular and it was very very weak...and no regular half/half...just flavored...grr

The breakfast and the shower were excellent. The room was excellent as well.

I didn't go to the Swimming pool because no safety area to walk with Forearm crutches. The crutches would slipped on the wet floor. If there was some kind of carpet even if it gets wet but still safe for crutches to walk on like carpet mat, I would go swimming.
