Las fotografías que tienen en Boioking.com no son reales. El lugar está deteriorado. Pedí reembolso y no me quedé hospedado. Tuve que buscar otro hotel a la hora que llegué, ya de noche, no estaba dispuesto a quedarme allí.

Very dirty property inside and out. Beds and curtains are stained. Floor looked like it wasn’t moped. The smell in the room was horrible. Trash was everywhere outside the property. The pictures they provide is nothing compared to was you are really booking for.
Staff was rude, probably was dirty, and rooms were filthy.

For the price it's great let's be real you are booking a budget room you shouldn't expect the Ritz Carlton it's a good price for a decent room in a quiet property with a decent staff idk why people would be crying about a few miner imperfections it's a good price considering most other places are 150 a week or more than this place
The deposit I pay with a credit card which gives a hotel a guarantee that it will cover any damages up to I think 2500 a stay for guests if they read there credit card policies that they get fore accepting cards it states this in there terms of use that comes with there pay point equipment so with credit card using guests they don't need to add more damage protection it's already covered by the credit card company's so for your credit card using guests stop adding that $100.00 deposit on there booking and the property would have a higher rented room per day count that would mean the property would be more profitable

Was semi quiet.
Rooms were extremely smokey smelling. ( Had to was all of our clothes twice to remove the smell.)Beds were horrible. Called front desk for blankets,said there were none .Floor was super sticky. Bathroom was gross, dirty floor, No stopper in tub or sink. Sink in bathroom leaked. No knobs on stove. No dishes or glasses in cupboard.Ceiling was extremely droopy. They say no pets. But people were walking dogs, and not cleaning up the poop. Poop was right outside the door to the hotel room. The room was semi quiet. I would never recommend this hotel.

poor customer service, front desk agent was rude and raised his voice through your the checking in encounter. Ot was totally unprofessional. This ruined my stay here.

The staff tried to accommodate my complaints about the smoking smell in the room. I liked the location and check in process - they were ready for us which was nice and added my boyfriend to the room easily.
The place was incredibly dirty. The towels, bed, the floor. I have never stayed in a place that was that poorly cleaned.
There was a toilet cover on the bathroom counter. There was splatters of dirt and what looked like blood on the ceilings and covers. It was disgusting and made me incredibly uncomfortable. They had sprayed air freshener on very strong to try to take over which made me a bit sick.

I made a reservation. I did it. Now an hour after making that reservation. I followed the instructions for cancelling reservations. That should of been the end of it right.
That just isn't the case though. The property proceeded to I don't know (pretend or lie or commit fraud) as if I ever stepped foot on that property and checked myself in. Let think about this. What is the process for checking in? I in person walk into they're front office. Present my state ID and present a credit card for incidentals. That's pretty much it.
I did no such thing. Not any one of those step did I do.
$233.00 they took and two damn months later and over 5 hrs and to many phone calls between booking.com & hometowne suites by red roof inn on Dunlap Ave, Phoenix, Az. Oh and over a dozen messages and how ever long those took to type up. I earn roughly $40 an hour. I feel I deserve to be reimbursed for my time. For the last two months. I'm truly disgusted by thought of ever using your service or that of booking. com again.

It was cheap.
The bed was horrible.
There was no shower curtain.
No toilet paper.
No trash can.
No soap, shampoo, or lotion.
There was a stove and fridge but no pots or pans.
No plate's or silverware.
The homeless people made me not want to walk down the street due to how many there were of them.
