The Breakfast is great when you stay at the property. I always like the waffles with butter and syrup, as well as the complimentary coffee and juice. The Bagels are always toasted just the way I like and when I add cream cheese I'm happy as I can be.

We were coming from Kansas City for the Funeral of my wife's aunt Ruth Coulter. With the importance of the event I was positive we would be there so I saved a few dollars and and booked a Non-Refundable reservation. My wife was recovering from Pneumonia and she was sure we would be able to attend the funeral. Famous last words. Wife's Pneumonia flared up and we were not able to attend. I contacted the hotel directly to let them know we would not be using the room for the two nights we reserved, as a courtesy to the front desk. Was not asking for a refund or credit!

the bathroom floor was you step out of the showers are extremely slippery a fall hazard if your not careful. had to switch rooms do to shower malfunctioning. once exchanged rooms the ac in my new room wasn’t working barely kept it below 75

The pool and hot tub were open and clean. The pool was warm not cold. I half expected them to be closed because a lot of hotels use Covid as an excuse to not be open. But they were wonderful! Good breakfast. We had to ask for a box of Kleenex and the coffee pot was dusty inside, but the bed was comfortable and everything was really nice. They were painting, but it was not an inconvenience and it was good to see they were keeping things up. I was very happy with my stay.

The coffee pot was dusty inside and we had to clean it before we could use it. The Kleenex box only had 1 Kleenex in it so we had to go ask for a box. I don’t think the coffee pot was really their fault.

The staff were nice. The pool and hot tub are nice. The pool is salt water so that was much nicer than all the chemicals

This hotel is located in a run down part of Evansville. The area was a bit sketchy. The breakfast was awful. The "hot food" was cold. The entire hotel needs to be renovated. The carpet in the rooms is disgusting. The pull out couch is extremely uncomfortable to even sit on! The bathrooms are tiny. The pool area is nice but the flooring is extremely slippery and water pools on the floor. My children were constantly falling just walking around the pool area. There is no bathroom close to the pool area. The price on booking.com was almost $40 more than just walking in and booking a room.

The staff were kind.

In my 2nd room the air-conditioning couldn't keep the room cool, it had a strong smell of marijuana and when I complained they sprayed a strong smelling spray that aggravated my asthma, my fridge died in the middle of the night and I lost my food. They had to switch me to another room because the 1st room the mattress had slashes all along the sides, the sheets were stained and didn't want to stay on the mattress because they were so old the elastic was stretched . The TV didn't work in the 1st room as well.

We did not have the breakfast. So I can't speak to that. Bed was comfortable. Staff was super helpful. Location was great. Easy access to and from property.

Building was a little dated. Parking was an issue.

the room is disgusting! it’s infested with bed bugs, the carpet was not vacuumed at all, the furniture has stains and smudges of God knows what on them! we stayed the first night because we were tired from driving all day! when we woke up my 3 year old had several bed bug bites and they were crawling across the pillows! there’s no shower curtain or anything in the bathroom. the lamps barely had the holders for the shades

The breakfast was awesome. The only issue is when we got there our bathroom wasn't clean,but I notified the front desk and it was taken care of immediately.

The staff was super friendly and very accommodating! Breakfast was great.

Rooms are frankly sad. Property is in desperate need of updates. Carpet was stained, sheets were super thin.

Everything my reservation was screwed up when I arrived and my wife broke her foot in hot tub because it was dirty and couldn't see steps
