It is walking distance to two museums and the shopping district. So many choices of restaurants with various price options.

The staff is A+, Location can’t be beat

Smelled like cigarettes, paint pealing around non functioning, antiquated HVAC unit, wood furniture has water stains and scratches, rugs were stained, elevator was unreliable, parking lot was full. Restaurant was overpriced and mediocre

Ordered a pretzel that took forever and was hard as a rock.

it was adequate for the little amount of time we were staying. The front desk gave us a goodie bad but it was only enough for one person...meh

The room was very dirty, I had to wipe down any surface that I was going to touch with my own cleaner. The carpet had lots of debris, like it had not even been vacuumed. Google said that the resturant stayed open till 10, but it closed at 9;00. We arrived late because of delayed flight and had looked forward to not having to get out to get anything to eat. bed was like a bed that you'd expect at grandmas house, old and lumpy.

Very clean, bed was comfortable. Had dinner at the restaurant at hotel. Food and service was excellent. Only criticism, we could hear the band in the bar in our room on the 3rd floor. The band was good just loud.

Very pretty motel, the beds were so comfortable. It was a short stay so didn't really take in to many of the extras the motel provided. Was nice hearing music in the lobby/bar. nice and quiet rooms good water pressure for a nice warm shower. i would stay there again.

Got in late at night to be greeted by flooded bathroom floor and into room, nothing like sloshing through water at 1130 at night, had to use all the towels to clean it up, finally get to sleep but woken up at 7 am to hammering and jackhammering of tile floors directly over my room. Hotel did nothing about it, just a very bad stay

Stray hair in/around bathroom, drywall repair not complete behind toilet, ceiling and walls. Ceiling over bed shows signs of water damage, peeling, restaurant had stained chairs, water glasses with lipstick, breakfast should have been included at price we paid,we walked out without eating.

Location and good parking. Front desk staff very helpful and cheerful. Bed was too soft, difficult to move around in. Most disturbing were ehe ants crawling all over my legs in the morning!! Ick. No one said “sorry”, just, “we’ll tell the housekeeper.” Asked for a walk-in shower, instead got a shower over tub with no safety strips or grab bar of any sort. I’m 80, so could not take a shower. Also No hooks. Unsatisfactory.

Enumerated above. If we’d booked another night, we would not have had any water because they turned it off at 2 p.m. to “work on the system.” Would you rated this hotel positively? I think not.

We were put on floor that was being renovated so had to be moved because of the noisy AC

They didn't have my updated reservation from Booking.com, refused to recognize when I showed them my proof of reservation change and double billed me and then also gave us the wrong type of room. Neither our check in our check out staff was willing to look into the issue. I have since tried to call the hotel to resolve the issue and they don't answer the phone for me or the Booking.com customer service staff who also tried. Do Not Book this hotel using a third party booking site like Booking.,com

Over priced for the room we received. Our room was in a dirty construction area and separate from the main hotel. It was necessary to go through several doors with our cart. Old food was in our refrigerator. No phone in the room to call the front desk. I called from my cell and phone just rang. They never did answer. No coffee maker in the room. Appeared furniture was missing, a large corner with no chair. We are Hilton Honor members and were told could not add our member number because hotels had not merged yet.
