Literally the k my likeable thing was the lake behind the hotel

They checked me in at a room full of dirty in the bin , hair on the sink Bedsheets had stains in them It was a horrible experience

Everything was fantastic. We wet there to attend a special sow at the Smart Financial Centre ad the shuttle was a very plus for the event.

I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel. Despite being explicitly told that the room would be equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, it was unavailable upon my arrival. Furthermore, the staff's behavior was unprofessional and rude during my interactions. After checking out, I requested my hotel bill to be sent via email, but it was not received until several hours later, despite a follow-up call. Moreover, I accidentally left my glasses in the room and attempted to retrieve them by contacting the housekeeping department. Unfortunately, the individual I spoke with, who identified herself as Sherata, provided inaccurate information and was uncooperative and told me my glasses were my responsibility and I should keep up with them. When I requested to speak with her supervisor, she said he did not have a contact number and abruptly terminated the call. Upon my subsequent contact with another staff member named Shamika, I was informed that the person I previously spoke with was named Angel, not Sherata, adding to the confusion and frustration. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to these issues. I trust that you will take immediate action to address these concerns and prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Booking raised our rate by $40 / night when I added a 3rd night. Our rate was about $40 per night higher than what the rest of the family paid who booked directly with the hotel! Not good! A partial refund seems appropriate!
