Staff was very rude, they need new management or something. Place look like it may have some potential but just not the right people running it and need lots of updates. It don’t look like it’s been updated maybe like 15yrs.

Jacuzzi was cool
Dirty mirror, broken golf sticks, chipped doors, narrow beds, smell, breakfast.
I have booked this hitel for the activities. Jacuzzi was fine, but no normal mini golf. No paddles for table tennis, they cost $5 in walmart, what's the problem to buy?!
Nobody told about the bracelets.
When I returned to oick them up, nobody told about id to play.
None of games were working, everything is out of order.
Breakfast tables sticky, bath was dirty, not good smell.
Difficult to sleep with ac. Without ac too cold.

They put a hold on your credit card, and you don't get it back for weeks, so I'm not going to be staying here anymore been almost 3 weeks and they still haven't released the hold on my money..

the room above us had a leak in their toilet which leaked all over our bathroom

It was just not really clean or updated, when we first got their there were sheets layed out in front of our room in a pile , it was pretty late in the day too, the hair dryer stopped working after a minute , the shower tub stop didn’t work, there was stained on the wall and it just felt pretty grimy. Hotel staff when we checked in was nice but it was pretty gross

The hotel staff were pleasant and the bed was comfy. Although I didn't use it, there was a nice indoor pool, playground, and mini golf course in the atrium.
The hotel seems a bit dated, like someone bought it 10-20 years ago and haven't put any money back into it. The bathroom could have been cleaned better as I found chunks of hair stuck in the drain

The manager was super nice when we went to the wrong hotel and I would book there again without ever even being there because if how kind and understanding he was!

Wonderful staff, super quite and had a huge reception party. Will be prepared for swimming and bringing the grandkids next time! Indoor pool, put put, arcade!!!
No place in the shower for Shampoo and stuff. We used the edge of the counter and got a bunch of water on the floor.

They claimed I didn't even have a reservation when I did & I prepaid for it. Gave us a room far from the pool area when we requested a balcony. The staff sucked. They make you sign a waiver saying no housekeeping for the entire stay. Really???

To have to pay again the room that I had already paid on the booking.com website and to have to run after booking to be reimbursed, since the hotel even with my proof of reservation and payment could not find my reservation in their system, totally unacceptable.

Room next to ours had kids and parents screaming very late at night. Impossible to sleep, and staff unwilling to do anything about it

The hotel needs renovated. It's a old hotel with no updates to rooms or pool area. The pool needed redone. The hottub needed redone. There was a leaking water on the floor by the pool with a wet floor sign.

Absolutely love the atrium💙 This hotel is a gem!! Great value for the price.
The jacuzzi water could be a few degrees warmer. That's my only "complaint".

The facility is located about a 15 minute drive to Broadview Heights and Brecksville, OH where there is plenty of nightlife and restaurants and shopping. And it's also located about a 35-45 minute drive to Cleveland. The staff and managers were exceptional. VERY accommodating and helpful. All my questions were answered. Everyone was polite, kind, informative and attentive.
The facility was under construction when I stayed there in October 2022. Lots of work still needed to be done. You could see that at one time the hotel and conference center was magnificent, but has fallen on hard times. However, the new management is/was working on the renovations, one section at a time. Frankly, they should have waited until the hotel was a bit more presentable before opening it.
