The location was very good.

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The pillows were to soft and mattress was not comfortable. Had to wait to get checked in after 4pm. Doors are very noisy when people are closing them you can hear it and it wakes you. Air conditioner was not cool enough.

Rooms are drastically overpriced, they charge $20 per night for parking, and the parking is across the street and inconvenient.

The food was a little cold but did microwave it! Lots if choices and hot beaches stocked daily!! We lived the choice of yogurt too and many breads and bagels!

We arrived at 4pm and couldn’t get in the room until 7:00 due to the room not being ready. Then I was told parking would be free and I wasn’t I paid for a suit and got a regular room.

The whole stay was great. I enjoyed the easy parking and the walkway back to the hotel.

My shower I could not get hot. lol. Next time I just need to ask them how to get it hot.

The room was great as was the breakfast. All the employees I interacted with were very nice and helpful. We were only able to stay one night as I am a caregiver for a family member with Alzheimer's and this was a needed break. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I think it's misleading to show people the balconies in the pictures and after you book, it tells you that all rooms does not have one and wouldn't you know the room that we had did not. Also 21.00 dollars and some change a day for parking is ridiculous.

Very comfortable. I will not lie when I review something. I like to sleep comfortably and feel safe when I go on vacation. This place was both. I 100% recommended. The beach was also wonderful .

The property isn't maintained very well. Badly damaged furniture. Holes in the wall. Mildew caulk. Caulk that looks like a 2 year old applied it. Plastic shower that looks like it belongs in a trailer. Carpet everywhere. Carpet in a hotel in 2023 very dated and disgusting. Hallways look like they're never vacuumed. HUGE cockroaches everywhere (which implies lack of pest control). If they cared about pest control, roaches would be smaller and infrequent. If this wasn't on the beach, it would be a $75 a night hotel, that even I wouldn't stay in.

Well when i booked , i though this place had a big refrigerator and stove like the other places do but there was only a tiny mini micro fridge that barely worked and barely anything fit in there. This place needs stoves too .. i always bring food and it went bad .. i admit is my fault for not checking if they have a kitchen but for the price they charge they should … since booking at other places that do is about the same …. Also i wanted to wash clothes and on floor 6 and 9 both washers had mold around the ring … seem like they need to be disinfected and wiped at least once a day … the mold on the laundry room on floor 9 was definitely bad … we all know washer machines are required to be set on self cleaning every month with special cleaners for washers , these ones that are commercial washers require more maintenance… This is all i disliked at my stay here

The Room was Dirty! The Tv didn’t Work! The refrigerator didn’t close properly! Ruined my food! All in all I spent my hard earned money and feel terrible!

Location was excellent. View was amazing. Convenient to garage parking was very helpful. The breakfasts we had each morning was delicious. The staff at this hotel were so considerate and very professional. We highly recommend this hotel.

have been told 2x now by front desk we would get a call yesterday and today from manager tony with some sort of comp/solution and still have yet to. carpet was soaked in our room last day and a half because of AC issues (not to mention the loud noises coming from it) and the only replacement room they could offer us was street facing (no thank you-we paid for ocean view) so we just stayed where we were and dealt with maintenance in and out/loud fan/soaked floors. I feel like we should’ve atleast been offered a discount. someone did comp our parking so that was nice….and the evening shift maintenance guy was excellent and kind. still waiting on that phone call from manager tony we never received.
