The bedding was wonderful, super clean wonderful pillows, the amenities in the bathroom were exceptional. We have two nights of good sleep, the mattress and sheets super made a perfect bed.

Spent my birthday here after arriving from Australia. Felt like I was in a movie and one of my wishes had come true staying in an historic Inn in the Hamptons. The Inn and grounds are beautiful and we were completely spoilt by Kelli who was inconspicuous yet so attentive to our questions and requests. The suite was stunning and the bed and bedding were exceptionally comfy and luxe. We felt like we had the place to ourselves and had afternoon cocktails on the porch watching the sunset and the windmill before heading to a beautiful restaurant in Sag Harbour for dinner.

We could not make the plug work in the tub so missed out on that but the fireplace and bed made up for it!

Breakfast was such a delight every morning. It was delicious and delivered hot and fresh the first morning to our room.The second morning we were able to have a beautiful breakfast outside in the garden. Our third and last morning they went above and beyond, having it packaged &prepared early for us to get on the road. The location was so pretty and central to everything. All the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional.

Really there wasn’t anything to complain about. We had a wonderful room with everything we needed. It was so easy to communicate with the staff and they met all our needs.

Staff - were outstandingly good. DAWN WAS MOST HELPFUL BEFORE AND DURING THE STAY.

I was disappointed that we could not sit at the breakfast tables DUE TO COVID CONCERNS yet we sat in restaurants in the town, and a lot of plastic containers and cutlery were used to deliver the daily breakfast.

Lovely Location - Cosy room

The inn is very clean, a little off the beaten path, which made it very quiet, super comfortable and offers a wonderful breakfast that was served in our room. They strictly followed COVID protocols including mandating masking and vaccination of their guests and so I felt incredibly safe at the hotel. East Hampton town center is just a 5 min walk. The beaches are a short drive away. The staff, in particular Kenny, Kelli and Dawn, are exceptionally warm and friendly and will cater to all your needs. I would be absolutely thrilled to stay here again.

Breakfast had to be ordered and scheduled day before. Time slots filled up and no breakfast before 830. No cleaning service. Absurd cost per night - $1995. Bed up against window - pillows fell behind bed. Just overall like an average B&B but priced like a four seasons.

Breakfast disappointed could of presented I more like bed breakfast! Use picnic setting/ or nice tray instead of brown bag( there no where in room to put food on! One table had lamp/ fan) Food was great yogurt parfait/lobster roll

Mislead at booking pictures show open area to help yourself to healthy snacks ( didn’t like ask for water bottle /ice should been in rooms ) Only snacks chips popcorn cookies. Nothing healthy there ! Feels like home. Beautiful location. Walking distance to East Hampton town. Calm. Quiet. Koi pond and rise garden was adorable. Porch overlooking the windmill was clean and gorgeous (not a bug in sight)! The room was impeccable with a fireplace, essential oil bath salts, spray, body wash etc. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The robes and towels were super soft. The breakfast was delicious. The front desk and property manager were helpful, kind and extremely accommodating. Please go and experience the magic!!

The Mill House is a very cozy place to stay, I was so touched by the incredible warmth of your reception and your generosity. Staffing were very friendly, kind..I liked everything about this place.
