The room was old but clean.

The hallway smelled and could have been cleaner. My Nike flip flops were taken from our room around day 2.

Location was close to my relatives house / shopping /eating and breakfast was good

There was a staff named (Jackie) who was not friendly at all when I arrived I stood at the counter for almost 10mins and when she came out the back she was not smiling and was kind of rude when I asked questions. All the other staff was very nice and polite and had smiles. My room didn't have a phone I told 2nd shift staff and was told she was not aware of no phone in our room and she would let someone know BUT when I told Jackie she stated no rooms have phones didn't ask me if I wanted a phone or no explanation on why my room didn't have a phone I had to ask her was she okay because of her rudeness. I also went to the pool that was very nasty and dirty needs to drained and cleaned out very good.

Bad water pressure and shower floor very slippery

Would like the air to blow more harder. Felt warm in the room. Would like to see more options for breakfast l.

the hotel is definitely dated but the beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the breakfast was a nice spread for the kids. the pool was inexplicably “under maintenance” for our stay which was a bummer. but all in all a Very good value for the price.

Easy on and off the highway.

This place wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great. No elevator. They have luggage racks but plan to carry your luggage up the stairs to your room. The room was smelly but clean enough. Unfinished bathroom vanity. Some places throughout were dirty. Like the carpeting.
