I have stayed at this facility many times through the years. However, this stay upset me to the point that i will not return! 1st I found cockroaches on, under, and behind the microwave, refrigerator, and dresser cabinet. It was evident that things had not been cleaned! 2nd, it is NOT noted anywhere that there is a $15.00 charge per person for swimming/hot tub use for visitors such as my sister and niece, although I'm staying there! The expense of the trip increases due to the documentation above! I am not happy that i have to pay for an exterminator to come to my home!

knew the heater in the hot tub wasn’t working but is it getting fixed? Take a hotter bath. Was luke warm.

I don't know where to begin. Bed bugs, run down, flop house, plumbing issues, heat and air issues, terrible room service, false advertising, breakfast was non existent, lack of towels, soap, coffee, and did I mention the $170 a night pricetag?!!! This place literally needs to be shut down by the health department. Obviosly there is no maintenance done on this facility. Ever! Don't let the front entrance fool you. Ask to see the room before you purchase it and be sure to check for bed bugs. Sorry Americinn but this traveler will NEVER stay in one of your hotels again.

Convenient location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but I slept well and wasn't awoken by any noise.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. My family has booked this hotel many times, usually twice a year. We always have a good time and like the facilities.

$15 not advertised for a visitors in my room to use the pool. Also the owners and general manager refused to speak with me about the unadvertised charge. This was not disclosed on booking. My family usually stays here twice a year, we go to the pool a couple of hours, then everyone goes home but me, but it's a good way for us to get together. We most likely won't stay if they keep charging that fee. I checked with the comfort inn and they don't charge for visitors to use the pool, so will probably stay there next time.

The motel was located within walking distance of a Walmart, which was handy to pick up supplies.

The air conditioner cooled our room, but didn't remove humidity. The air felt very clammy.

Our room wasn't clean, urine all over toilet, pubic hairs all over, hair on walls, floor, tub. Dried toilet paper stuck to wall & floor. I found 3 bugs crawling aound. Floor tiles broken and I cut my foot, ceiling tile missing. Light bulb out and desk living area light broken didn't work. Told desk to clean before we got back with new bedding, they re-used same bedding and barely cleaned bathroom. I video taped and took pictures. I want a refund. It was horrible. The only reason we stayed was every hotel was booked due to soccer and baseball tournaments. I have never been so disgusted and upset. I stay in a lot of hotel, even American Inn, and t this was the worst, short staff or not, we paid $268. If not enough staff, DONT BOOK THOSE ROOMS

The front desk lady was incredibly rude! She didn’t great me when I was standing at the desk, she didn’t say have a nice day, nothing. She was rude to everyone. The rooms were dirty. My 11 year old found a pill in the dresser and brought it to me. When I told management he just told me it wasn’t acceptable and asked what room and walked away.

Hair dryer broken was rude when I went to front desk to ask for another and tell them..they dont have extras..saw a cockroach and killed it...whirlpool tub leaked at the faucet.
