I feel like housekeeping shouldn’t come to our room before checkout time unless they know for sure, the person staying in the room has already checked out

Easy and fast check-in and check-out. Convenient to the baseball games we were attending. Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Convenient parking. Comfy bed and pillows.

Basic room

For $160 plus taxes etc, in Tyler Texas, it seemed pricey for a very very worn out room. Very dated. The dresser was missing a drawer. The arms of the sitting chairs which were a type of "pleather" was tattered and ripped. looked like something found abandoned under a bridge. even though non-smoking, it had that smell of dank oldness. It was off a main thorough fare and very noisy at night. We were in Tyler for family emergency and had no time to plan, and chose this place only because it was late and close to the hospital. I guess its the new norm but: When I arrived (around 10pm) no one at desk. Kinda scary waiting around for someone to come out, even though i had called hotel desk to confirm my arrival before 11pm.

great location. Nice breakfast.

Hair all over room from cleaning service women. Hair in tub , on toilet , bedspread. towels left lint on skin . Furniture chips half broken . Paid over $300 for 2 nights for that place . Never again.

Great location, it was very clean. front desk clerk was very friendly.

The fact the elevator went out was awful. first there was no lights on it and then it stopped working completely!!! I had knee surgery my mother is 87 and the fact we had to do stairs was awful and exhausting.
