room 1 is right beside the lobby and near the road, so we heard some noise. I’d hope for a different room if (when) we go back.

Our stay at the Little River Inn can only be described as impecable, wonderful, amazing! We had the most amazing time at the inn in every aspect possible. The hosts were amazing. Kim and Phil are really welcoming and they run the inn like a home. It really felt like a home away from home. The rooms were amazing, very comfortable and clean. There was water available for free at the inn, also coffee and hot chocolate. The breakfast was AMAZING. Prepared by Kim and Phil personally, they adapt the options if you have any food allergies or special requirements such as vegan or vegetarian options. I could write an essay about our stay and still would not be enough. Truly, if you have the opportunity to go to Stowe, select the Little River Inn as your first option for accommodation, you will not regret it! There is parking in front of the inn as well, and the location of the inn is also really good to enjoy the city and all that it has to offer! If I come back to Stowe I'll make sure to book this amazing inn again! Thank you a lot for the wonderful time!

This quaint inn has beautiful decor and friendly hosts! The breakfast was amazing and there were so many places to sit and relax.

it might have been the room we stayed (one) but it was cramped. it was clean and bathroom updated but not comfortable to spend any time in the room.

Very nice, clean property. It had everything you need. Loved the hot tub and the common area where we got to meet other people staying there. Breakfast was excellent!

Kim and Phil are doing an amazing job with this little and very cute Inn. Everything you need was covered. Beds were comfy, rooms and common spaces very clean, the backyard amazing... and the breakfast excellent. We will be back for sure! Thank you so much.

The room was clean and cute, but there was barely space to walk in the room let alone put belongings.

My wife liked the food and for what we needed , it was what we were looking for. Location was good , lot of things near by. didn't really have time to apricate all of what the Inn had to offer.

The parking was a bit worrisome , my car is 18 feet long , the nose was very close to the road. I wish there had been a TV in the room

Nice quiet location with a number of special features: excellent breakfast, reading room, porch overlooking field and Little Rivver. Short walk to the latter with its lovely wild flowrs. Great getaway but close to downtown Stowe. Would definitely stay ther in the future.

Breakfasts were fantastic. Kim and Phil are great hosts. They were very accomodating as I am lactose intolerant.

The parking was somewhat tight and very close to the road. If you drive a mini or regular SUV, you're going to have to navigate to carefully enter and exit the property.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The hosts could not have been nicer. Our room was neat and clean, there was coffee and tea whenever we wanted it, we enjoyed using the hot tub, and the location was central to everything we wanted to do. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious. We stayed for two nights and felt that all of our needs were met. They are only six rooms on the property, so it is quiet and peaceful. The common room provided a cozy spot to make a cup of coffee coffee, watch TV, or play a game.
