Clean and spacious rooms and the restaurant was awesome with great customer service!
The smoke smell in the casino is less than appealing, but oddly nostalgic. This did not impact our stay though!

The staff was incredibly friendly. This was the best customer service I have witnessed since the beginning of the pandemic. For some reason after the pandemic, customers service in every industry has taken a nose dive. I was very pleasantly surprised to see that their customer service was excellent.
I also love the fact that they had a pet friendly rooms. It was the first time we were able to take our big dog with us on vacation. Love the experience. I highly recommend people staying in this hotel.
I have no complaints. The staff was so good. It made up for everything else. (If you are use to more luxury accommodation). I usually do not leave reviews. But the staff was so nice. I had to encourage them to keep up the good work. I wish I wrote down the names. It was few ladies when I checked in. And 2 ladies when I checked out.

Convenient location, easy access.
Reserved a king bed downstairs, was not available when we checked in, ended up with a queen for the same price. Woman at the registration desk was sneezing and sniffling, hoping I don't get sick. Restaurant has a sign that states open daily 5pm. Twice we've stayed and the restaurant was closed.

Room was clean and well maintained. Excellent cleaning staff. Nice spacious rooms.
For $195 for two nights, I would have expected a little bit more luxury than what was provided. The food in the restaurant was delicious but the hostess wasn't very nice. We had a 6 PM reservation and she first told me we couldn't be seated because they didn't have clean glasses. Then she proceeded to seat 5 other parties without reservations and left my family and I sitting there for over 35 minutes. Then she forgot to tell the waitress that we were there so we didn't get even a glass of water until 6:50 PM. Basically an hour of nonsense for no logical reason and no apology. It really put a sour taste in my mouth considering this was the most expensive hotel in Ely.

We got to our room it had a do not disturb sign on the door we unlocked the door anyway we walked in just through the doorway the tv was blaring the bed was not made up very trashy the lady at the front desk pretty much called us liars that the room showed clean I asked for my money back just rude unprofessional people at this place highly don’t recommend this place!
