Easy to get to central to downtown and restaurants

Charming and old school but clean, nice smelling and the room itself was modern and Roomy. Also Cookies when checking in!

mattress was worn and uncomfortable.

Perfect location. Hotel was within walking distance to downtown. You could shop, eat, walk instead of driving.

our first room smelled very much like stale smoke.

very clean, and quiet. close to downtown shopping and restaurants. the staff was so friendly. the breakfast was excellent.

we stayed in room 118, and could smell the food that was cooked or being cooked in the room. the dining area was above our room. I would not stay in room 118 again. I would probably stay on second or third floor next visit. I did inform the front desk staff that our soap dispenser in the shower was empty.

Breakfast was very good and easy to access. Accommodation was super roomy, staff very friendly and helpful.

Pillows were very uncomfortable. While tea and coffee were available in the lounge, we did wonder why the hot water function had been removed from the coffee maker in the kitchen.

The hotel was quirky , clean and place was inviting and a good location. It was so nice that breakfast was included and it was great, lots of choice of foods. The staff were friendly and very helpful this was very impressive.

The lighting in the rooms could have been brighter and refurbishment needed.

The cookies and the nice man at the front desk made us feel very welcome
