The system wasn’t allowing cards to use for security deposit. I was told had to use cash. Or I couldn’t get my room. We were told we would have a shuttle to use to be taken to arena for concert. And when went down to go to the shuttle valet told us they had no shuttle.

There are no places to hang your towels. I had to hang my wet towel on a hanger clip.

Right next door to many of the places I go while there. I live less than an hour away so it’s an area I’m very familiar with, and this hotel meets all my needs when there.

The location had many great amenities and was within walking distance of so many more.

The rooms were small but clean.

We had a corner room that had a good view of Cleveland from two sides.

Food choices could have been better.
