Elevator floor needs to be replaced!

The staff was nice however we had serious health concerns with the room and they were ignored.

During our stay it was a hot day. The air condition vent in room 223 was covered in black mold. We took pictures of the vent and made sure not to run it that night. Since it was late we opened the window tried to sleep and the following day I asked the front desk for another room but they were booked up. Housekeeping was not on site at the time. It was very hot and my whole family was starting to feel sick in the room from heat or mold. The front desk gentleman was nice and apologetic but no offer for cleaning it, room change or even a discount on our stay when I asked for all three. I was given a black garbage bag and tape to cover the ac unit and then my wife had to go to wal mart while feeling sick from the room and buy fans to cool the room. I couldn’t believe they were ok exposing people to black mold and keeping them in the room to handle it themselves. Nobody every came back to ask us any further questions or followed up with us. I wouldn’t recommend staying there for health reasons and I’m concerned what we breathed while staying there.

I didn’t like that the window was open and mosquitoes were coming inside because the screen was broken or bended

The receptionist was nice and hospitable, comfy room and beds, very good breakfast.

Loved the breakfast, excellent service, friendly staff. Clean rooms, clean pool and hot tub.

The room shower was terrible and clearly not working so we used the pool shower quite often.

Very satisfied with our stay. The beds were super comfortable, and everything was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Great for a two night stay before we flew out. The staff were awesome. We had 2 boxes being picked up by courier after we left and the staff called us when the courier arrived to make sure they had permission to release the boxes. We were very well looked after.
