Tv wasn’t working and had to keep getting new keys for the room

being newly updated

other guests were standing right outside the door smoking you had to walk by them to get to the door

They charged me after it was paid by booking.com As yet my money has not been refunded so you get a star rating of 1

Making me pay twice

booking.Com kept my reservation for a place that was closed down. had the reservations for 10 months and never received a notice the hotel didn’t exist anymore until we showed up

California king bed. Clean bedding and towels.

Pink bathroom tile, blue water in toilet, two electrical outlets that did not work, security door to parking lot not closed.

Bed was confortable.

Understand that new owners. Our room was a King bed 2 small pillows. Tiles off behind toilet. dust on lamps, stocking tables, broken lamp. Picture when finding hotel picture shows a continental breakfast. Haha. NOTHING!!!! Coffee nope. Then when checking in after spending close to $100, had to put down $50 cash deposit!!. No vending machines, Needs help not worth the cost....

Advertised free breakfast. Not only no breakfast, no coffee either in room or in the lobby. You had to leave the motel to get anything. Checked out after first night and was refused a refund for the rest of the week. Told them I would only stay one night 5 minutes after checking in.

The location. The gentleman at the front desk and Leroy in maintenance.

The linen that was suppose to be clean looked dirty. The vending machines were out of order. We found out the motel was sold last week. The previous owner did not take care of the property. Every morning about 3 am there was a car with two men in it that was doing something with another vehicle that pulled up. It would have been our last stay there except we talked to the people that took it over.

Not much

Very dirty, nasty. No hot water stained carpet, sheets . Did not feel safe at all heard it was for drug deals. Heard voices outside building & cars driving by all night. First time I was ever just hoping daylight would happen to get out of there. No breakfast. Stayed there a couple yrs ago can’t believe how run down it was. No other hotels had opening or I would have ran from there

horrifyingly disgusting. like something you’d only see in the very poorest of countries. Like I’ve only seen in movies. I have never felt so dirty and unsafe as I did in that place. Smokey halls, People roaming the halls clearly tweaking, Pitt bulls being walked up and down the halls, doors left open to rooms with people staring at you oddly as you walked by and inside it their rooms it looked like they occupied whole families in one room for years...just a mess! $75 Non refundable but I didn’t care I couldn’t get out fast enough. I know Spfld is a high crime drug infested filthy place (I’d never return if it weren’t for visiting my parents) but even that place surprised the heck out of me. I’m appalled they’re even opened. Should be condemned!

I reserved a non smoking room but my room smelled like an ashtray and there were ashes on the floor. There were 2 dirty cleaning tags in the room. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. The fridge didn't work. And it was very noisy. I deserve a refund!

Staff www friendly. That's all I liked

The hallways were very dirty. Pillows are hard as rocks. My room seemed to have plumbing issues because the bathtub drain seemed to get stopped up and would spit black dirt back into the tub and the toilet only flushed when it wanted to. The parking lot was very dirty and had craters.

A king bed with only 3 pillows and they where not very good.The floors were dirty I got a small piece of glass in my foot. The shower was like standing under a water hose.
