The room was clean and didn’t stink like cigarettes like most places

The bed was super uncomfortable. Very hard. Didn’t get much sleep neither did my wife. The carpet transition end was broken and the carpet tack strip was sticking out and cut my wife foot.

Light bulbs out next to bed, horrible lighting in the sink area. Breakfast was mediocre, no fruit.

I didn't have breakfast. The location was great, right off of the highway coming into town. It's close to many restaurants, gas stations, and stores for anything you need. My room was very comfortable and quiet. I didn't hear any of the outside traffic.

Compared to some other places we found this one to be very good. The room was small but comfortable and enough for us. It was apparent that it is a newer place (or at least renovated), not a lot of wear and tear and appeared to be well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and I'd like to know what brand it is! The breakfast looked to be okay; nothing special really, but could have been adequate (we have special diets so did not have anything).

We were not particularly impressed with the night appearance, we did not find the red lights appealing. When we checked in (on the later side) there were some folks down the parking lot smoking something (not tobacco) that wafted down to where we could smell it, and they (or maybe it was someone else) were a bit noisy into the night. That was not the hotel people's fault but it made us a little nervous; fortunately it did settle down. We were very hesitant to book because of the notice of a $250 deposit, but I called and discovered that the deposit is required IF one pays for the room with cash instead of card. That made sense, perhaps some rewording and explanation would be helpful for others. I don't recall that there was notification that there was a $2 fee for using the card, that was a bit of a surprise as the last hotel we used did not have that.

the staff was not friendly at all. not personable, too many religious candles and figures lit up behind the counter. unnecessary in a hotel. should be in the back office. the staff was not talkative, matter of fact conversation only

Very clean!! Soft towels. Comfortable temp with quiet unit. Huge TV for room size. Only $15 pet fee for small canine.

CLEAN! Room, surfaces, & linens clean & with fresh air, not stale. Dispensers for soaps at sink & in shower. No chipped paint. Curtains completely blocked light from parking lot & exterior stairs across from our door.

They need a better cancellation policy

The place was super nice. I enjoyed the cleanliness of it. It was quiet. I was working weekend nights. The owner did not allow an early check-in, which ultimately made me decide to stay elsewhere for the reminder of my weekends in Muskogee. The price was the same for here and LaQuinta next door. Both places offered breakfast, LaQuinta allowed me to check in early, as I am a traveling nurse—so ultimately they will get my $480 a month (2 days a week).

The checkin male owner was rude and condescending

The front desk lady was very cordial and nice.it was a great first time check in experience. Plus she had the lobby nice and clean. Our room was great& comfy bed

They had shut down breakfast early I called and was told by the morning desk clerk breakfast was between 6am-9am. We came down at 8:15am and didn't get breakfast and the front desk clerk was nowhere to be found
