The location was great. It's a dog-friendly hotel. The breakfast was nice. There's an Indian restaurant right in the hotel as a dinner option. And it was very quiet inside even though it seemed to be full.

The bathroom fan was extremely noisy and rattling. They were to look at it after we left.. The room was kind of tight around the two full-queen beds. There should be a nightlite in the bathroom. The price could have been a bit lower, but we had booked shortly before our trip.. Some plain cottage cheese would have been appreciated at breakfast.

We loved our stay here. The location is absolutely wonderful ---- convenient for all our outings and right on a lake. We had morning coffee and evening aperitif out on the balcony and watched a couple of spectacular sunsets there too. Hotel staff is exceptionally friendly. We had dinner all 3 nights at the restaurant in the lobby, Mint. Food was so carefully prepared with particular freshness and brightness in the spices and service was excellent. The automatic espresso machine in the breakfast was available 24 hours a day!

We would have loved to have a 2 door refrigerator rather than the mini fridge and we like a microwave in the room. However, we were able to use the microwave in the breakfast area. Breakfast offerings were not particularly appealing to us since we did not enjoy the egg/sausage/American cheese biscuit sandwich which was the only hot protein option. And, we would have liked to have had breakfast outdoors or with easier access to outdoors. It seems a missed opportunity to not offer that choice.

The toilet was dirty and had to call the house keeping for that. Looks like toilet were never cleaned after last guest.

Have stayed there numerous times. Close to area attractions and dining. Their restaurant on site is awesome.

No elevator but stairs are manageable (only 2 story) and staff will help if requested.

My requirements were minimal. So I was in general very satisfied. I was mostly a morning coffee drinker with a donut/bagel/croissant and a hard boiled egg. The staff was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and nicely presented, and (except for one morning) was well supplied with the towels I required. The view was the parking lot, but I didn't stay in my room and the view in general was good as there was a wall(?) etc, abutting the roadway - not unattractive. I would be happy to stay there again should I return.

I was not attracted to the breakfast display, doesnt mean it met anyone else's expectations. I realize this is a separate venue; but I went into the restaurant to order some light Indian food. The waiter wanted me to order immediately, but I hadn't checked out the menu. Meanwhile he went about waiting on other people and never came back to me so I left and never went back. And I like Indian food and have had it numerous times.

Very load!

Perfect location. Near to Downtown Stockbridge and all area activities. Very clean with comfortable room and bed. Breakfast included! Indian restaurant on site was convenient and yummy.

Wish fireplace was working - for decorative purposes only. Found out at departure that some superior rooms do have working fireplaces.

The location was close enough to restaurants and activities.

Right after accessing the free Wi-Fi my phone was compromised. I typically don’t access unsecured Wi-Fis but the property is in a blackout area. No service for neither phone. I emailed the property to investigate their Wi-Fi connection but never heard back from them.
