Easy to get off the highway. Nearby restaurants.

I did see on drug deal in the parking lot at 4am when I took my dog out. Had trouble with my door lock. The front desk person had to come a few times to help me get into my room. The outside door didn't not lock correctly anyone could walk in through the side door.

We spent two nights over a weekend and the hotel was fully booked. For the price the hotel was nice and in a good location. We left out very early and I left my wallet behind and was in Amarillo Tx before I realized it. Called the hotel and the desk clerk went and checked the room and found it. I was very grateful for this young ladies honesty but unfortunately didn’t get her name to include. Very thankful to say the least.

the toilet ran after every flush. I had to manually put the stopper down in the back of the toilet.

The hotel could have been better kept: smelly, roaches, rusty water fixtures, chipped tub, dim lighting, people loitering in parking lot, people always standing near secured door and it was most times propped open with backpacks and bottles by someone standing outside. They staff was always polite and helpful.

The staff did their best but the facility could use some renovation. Old and dirty. You couldn't even count on getting coffee!

they put me on the very back road as a motel which I was lighter informed was called "dope row" & Yes , for the first time I was not the shadiest character on the block I spent 4 to 5 days there and when it was time for me to check out then locked me and my dogs out of the room and I couldn't even get a customer a client or staff member to give me a bowl of water for my dogs the temperature that day was three digits. The room was full of roaches. The maids accused everyone of stealing off their carts on a daily basis... as for the star of the show, it was Miss Glenda who begins sharing scripture with me from the time I walked in the front door. The room. was $65 per night. Next All time for the price I can get a room that's not infested with roaches where there are nicer people and they don't take one look at me and put me on dope row.All the motels in the area.. are full of prostitutes, drug addicts & SHADY PEEPS... I WOULD HAVE FELT MORE COMFORTABLE ON SAMUEL BOULEVARD IN DALLAS TEXAS !!!!! SHOUT OUT TO DONNA, THE SASSY LITTLE MAID & GLENDA @ the front desk..... ..... GREAT PEOPLE ! MAY GOD BLESS TOU 2 LADIES & those you Love... ❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏PS ....... THE SWIMMING POOL WAS FREAKING AWESOME 💯

The associate “Sky” who checked us in was courteous and helpful.

It was a very badly kept motel. There are roaches in the rooms, that I have video of, along with mold on the walls. There are cigarette burns in the carpet, and the carpet was dirty and grimy. The shower was dirty and did not work properly, the water literally came out brown for a minute before running clear. Stains on the walls, etc. Just a nasty and disgusting room overall.

No time to eat breakfast. Location was an advantage for me. Smoking needs to be totally banned even around the premises. Entering the building was full of cigarettes stubs

Please work on the overall premises. Need a modern touch

The front staff was very nice and they have security cameras.

The air conditioner was not on in room when we arrived. So the room was very hot for a couple of hours. The room was clean, but hallways were very dirty.
