Price was reasonable. Nice location, covenant to restaurants. Room was clean, and comfortable

Bathtub was broken, they did a patch job repair. No one showed up to prepare breakfast.

It wasn't what I booked. It wasn't up to standard. Basically it needs remodeling, and updated bad. No breakfast, just snacks in a bag.

Although breakfast was clearly stated in the ads and on my verification paperwork, it was not available at this motel. I'd call that highly deceptive!

This is a great hotel, it is not on the level of Holiday Inn Express or Hilton Garden Inn but it is a clean room with a fridge and a microwave. You are able to park directly in front of your door, which I like alot! I would rather not have to go in a building and get on elevators and be around people so its perfect for me.. It has a small coffee maker with Caffeinated and de-caffeinated coffee and also two herbal teas. I like the the area of Madison that it is in, it can not be seen from the mai highway and just feels nice and tucked away from the world .

The main complaint is not the hotel itself or the staff! Tyler is amazing and he was super friendly a super great job! However, the construction workers that were staying in the building just across from me are another story. They were LOUD, intoxicated, loud music, screaming and extremely disrespectful to others staying at the property. Tyler walked over there several times and asked them to turn the music down and stop the noise. He then contacted Madison Police dept. two times and then they had to deal with me! Finally at almost 4 am things got quiet. I am not really sure what could prevent this other than doing exactly what Tyler did. Police would come, they would stop long enough for the police to leave and then do it all over again.. They were drunk and wanted everyone else in Madison awake as well.. Ha ha I have stayed at this property several times over the last say 5 or 6 years and this is the first time that i have had any issues. I will stay there again. Things happen, people get drunk and act stupid in life sometimes i guess. God be with them! Amen!

It was within walking distance of several restaurants. It had a bed.

It seems to be in a shady part of town. If you wanted a bath you had to plug the drain with a cup. I’m not telling you NOT to stay here but there’s probably way better options elsewhere.

Has to be the nastiest bathroom I’ve ever seen. It was covered in BLACK MOLD.
