Comfy beds.

Loud in hallways full of drunk pilots and stewardesses. Slamming doors and poor room location kept me awake.

1) Hotel environments are good. 2) Easy to get around to shops and restaurants.

1) No water kettle. 2) Lack introduction on the property facilities during check-in, including there is provision of grab and go offer. 3) Didn’t realize there is paid breakfast within the hotel as there is no sign of a restaurant therein. 4) Air conditioning ventilation rate is not adequate.

Quick one night layover but the hotel was beautiful , rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff was professional and kind. I would definitely happily stay again.

The room was nice.

Upon checking in, I wasn’t greeted by the front desk staff. They were talking amongst themselves and I had to basically greet them.

It was a nice hotel. Clean. Great location. Staff was nice. Good space for a family trip or an individual who seeks a bit more room/living space.

Our room didn't have a view, faced the roof and the various mechanism/ducts on a small "roof". Our room's AC/Heat was very loud. We were honestly surprised by it. When it did shut off, the silence was deafening.

Great location in the heart of downtown White Plains. It's a walking town with plenty of restaurants, stores and mass transit that you can get to. The hotel is clean with super comfortable beds. I enjoyed my stay here!
