Side chairs were very stylish but very uncomfortable to sit in. More importantly, the beds. Just short of it sleeping on boards

We arrived a little earlier than check in and they accommodated us nicely.

Rooms was so comfortable, my wife and I both wok up feeling like we were in our own bed. The bathroom and room both were extremely spacious.

We tried to check in at 530, told room was not ready and was still being cleaned, when our check in time was 4. we were given a room key to access our room once it is available. room was not available until almost 6. Once we arrived at our room, after being called and told it was ready, our keys did not work. had to return back to the front desk to have our keys reactivated to work with our room.

Hmmm I guess I liked the ability to gamble lol

Staff were friendly, professional but security seemed a little rigid

Someone in our group tampered with a smoke detector which got me banned from the property for one month. I didn’t do it but since I paid for it I was banned. If I were in their position I would have made it a lifetime ban because of the potential danger to the guests. This would have forced more investigation into who actually did it. I don’t smoke is what I’m saying.

Pool hours

The property feels like you are in an exotic location but still close to familiar amenities.

The pool closes too soon. It closes by 6 pm.
