My family and I always stay at this hotel when we come to visit family. The staff are nice and respectful and the hotel is peaceful and clean.

Taylor the receptionist was so pleasant. I haven't received customer service like that in Albany in a long time. Most of the people in the town works in customer service doesn't seem to like what they do, and this has become very concerning to me.

The bathroom floor wasn't mopped to expectations. The bathroom sink still had some toothpaste left behind from previous guest.

The room was nice

When we came in to check in, my card was swipe two times and my husband once (same account different card number) due to a system glitch. Checking my account it was charged (pending a charge three times). The clerk called the help desk to find out the card was charged three times and whom ever had to cancel two charges. I didn’t understand why my card was being charged at all because I made a payment online through Klarna so I’m actually paying for the room twice. 😡 We get to the room which I paid for a whirlpool, the whirlpool doesn’t work, we switched rooms to get to the other room and that whirlpool didn’t work either. We ended up going back to the first room. They adjusted the rate but it’s the principle.

The stuff was very helpful and got everything I needed

Not the hotel's fault but my digital key stopped working so I got locked out of the building. It also checked me out like 2hrs early.
