I wiped down everything with clorox wipes as I always do, and the wipes were filthy. There were not enough towels. The pool was cold, and the pool room was freezing. Breakfast was not appealing. Ants took over a couple of rooms. I reserved three of them.

Free breakfast wasn’t actually breakfast, it was more of mini cinnamon buns belvita crackers and some grits because their kitchen was down. Also there was no transportation to and from the airport as promised, I was told the shuttle was out of commission once I called to be picked up and had to get an Uber. Almost 20 min wait to find an Uber because you’re in the middle of no where and we were not offered solutions

The bathroom looked not too bad. Everything was clean and the lady at the front desk was lovely.

The room had an old, scary, stinky carpet. The AC had grafetti scrawled “Love kills slowly” 🤪 The office chair had basically no cover on the seat. The walls had holes. Some patched with filler (they didn’t fill them very well) others just plain holes.

I was given two different room keys and the room was occupied and unclean.

when we got there told a $250 cash deposit as I was paying cash. there was no mention of this when booked. made me feel like I was in motel 6.

The hotel was shabby. The room had a bad odor. There was no breakfast due to kitchen renovations. Just had stale pastries and bad coffee with no liquid cream or milk. Staff didn’t care.

Building is in poor repair, our room had soil on the carpet,floor lamp had heavy dust at base, flooring being laid in the hallways…we felt like we were in a construction zone. You should not be renting rooms during this work…really misrepresented the Wyndham gardens brand. No breakfast with a sit down space… a cart sat in the lobby , we were told to grab and go.??really!!!

Dirty room, scarred furniture, construction work outside our door,no plate in microwave and microwave door broke. Only 1 garbage can. Only 1 packet of regular coffee for 2 guests. No hot breakfast.

I like that it was easily located and the staff was nice that worked at the desk but nothing other than that was good.

The elevator smelled like weed every time we got on it and although they have two elevators only one worked. The hotel room was on the fourth or fifth floor and as soon as you step off the elevator the floor was so hot you could barely breathe. When we got in the room it smelled like smoke. The shower was so dirty my mother called the desk to have someone come up to clean it which wound up beingy mother, who just used the cleaning supplies and she cleaned the restroom and everything you could touch in the room. The rag after wiping everything down was black it was so dirty. I'm not really big on making a scene somewhere or calling places out but this was completely unacceptable. It was sad and I'm sorry I had to tell y'all what happened.
